i have reported your employees... i have all the replies to what i reported and am just wondering why there are so many posts that have been removed??? must have been by the same rude unprofessional incompetant women  that called and cussed me out and talked so uneducated to me.. anyway I have not received any more of these calls on my job or on my cell number that they said they had since i reported them.. So whatever happened to these uneducated women or whatever happened to this so called debt?? guess they all just went away???? so thank you to whomever got my original complaint because all harrassment has stopped... WOW!!!!

Not that I intend on insighting "pay back" in a sort of way, but it's a shame that the Administrators of this website would not provide us the IP Address of those who choose to harrass their victims over the web like this as well as use CAPS lock whenever they feel like speaking, its quite obvious that the caps locked message are all coming from an individual source...

Any time you have a debt collector who deals with you this way-report them!  Fair Trade Commision, your state attorney general's office, or financial institute division if your attorney general doesn't handle these cases.

your employees are very rude... and make threats to their customers.. Continue to call a work number and ask to spead to someone other than the customer. Have been asked not to call that number and if they do then to ask to speak to me.. not my boss... what is she supposed to do about whatever your calling about.. tell us that if the boss does not agree to talk or accept calls from them she will be fined
$1,000. Told me it was a good thing i live in texas where there is hot weather and that i really need to get used to it?? they think i am going to hell because of them.. come on now... will not or have not mailed any correspondence in this matter to my home. Dont even know who you really are except for a debt collector or what or who you represent.. you dont answer question you just yell and scream and make threats if i try to speak. i do not have an attorney like i was told to get because i do not know what to tell an attorney or even who you people are.. all i know is that you are in california and think that texas is hot.. i have spoken  to one about the fact that you refuse to stop callin my job and then speaking to my boss and putting my business out to someone who is totally not involved.. and about the threats and the name calling that i have received.

yes i received a very rude and hateful call from this numbeer on august 15.. there are two women who i had to deal with i think one lady said the other ladies last name may have been boyd?? or sumthing like that.. i want to report to this company that they are extremely rude.. Yelled constantly at me, would not let me speak.. told me that i never paid any of my bills... called me aliar... when asked several times to ask to speak to me when they call my office, was told no... told my business to my boss whom stated she didnt want to take the calls...it is not business related and if they want me they should as for me.. will not ask for me... told me if my boss did not accept the calls she would be fined $1,000.. told me they were the irs...laugh...ha ha.. told me it was a good thing i lived in texas as was used to the hot weather and if i wasnt used to it i better get that way??? insinuating what??? hung up on me... when i called back to speak with someone named tim they just picked up the phone and state thank you for your cell number and hung up in my ear... would not let me speak to anyone else.. threatened me in several different ways.. would not tell me anything about my accout other than i did not pay ANY of my bills.. if i tryed to dispute them i couldnt because i was nothing but a liar.. i do not even know what so called debt they are talking about because i never could get any information out of them.. only that i was a liar and did not ever pay any of my bills... whatever.. that is not true.. tryed to tell them about a debt that is on my credit report that is in dispute and all they would say again is that it was mine and i was a liar and i stoled money from some bank??? i have an ex who has another ex who was in prison, and there were several bills ran up in my name and my father in laws name that are not ours.. we dont know that she did this but we know that neither of us have had anything such debt in our names.. my father in law even filed id theft on these accounts.. sooo if there is someone there that is not so rude and hateful and would talk to me and tell me what all this is about i might could figure it out. i have been married and divorced twice and i am not accusing anyone of anything but i do not and have not had nor used a credit card in my name in over 15 yrs. if this is about some loan from somewhere it is not mine. i do not have any loans that are not being paid. I am a homeowner and a owner of 2 vehicles one of which is financed so there has to be a problem here.. i do pay my bills if indeed they are mine. I have never received anything in the mail from this company showing that i owe you or anyone else any thing.. dont know how it came to this.. i also tryed to tell your hateful employees that if you know where i work and all my numbers why dont you have an address to mail me something.. and if you know my address why do you find it necessary to SERVE me with something at my job? the point is? hell you have already put my business into someone elses ears... which i am talking to the county attorney about now. im not sure but i dont think that is legal when her name is on nothing of mine.. and if you want to serve me so bad with whatever you have then same yourself some time and have sent to my home.. I just left the sheriffs department and they will not serve me at work anyway. as you already know i work at the courthouse/sheriffs department/jail.. so that will never happen.. i guess maybe since your empoyees are so damn rude they want to intimidate me...that will not happen.. anyway, i hate this and i really dont know what is all about or who the hell i am supposed to owe that has caused all this frustration on my part and the rudeness on the part of your staff but do what you have to do, you just need to put a note in my file that my boss does not want to know or care about my business.. and that the sheriff is not gonna serve me at my job. and that the ladies need to control thier tongues and stop making threats... i have not attorney about this matter cause i dont even know what the matter is but i have spoke to the county attorney about your employees putting my business in the streets and refusing to ask to speak to me and ignoring the fact that they were told no to call my office in the first place and then not to ask for my boss... she does not care... i should be the one they ask for..

but in the future please do not have those ladies call me at work nor call and ask for my boss.. come one now what is she supposed to do?? it has nothing to do with her at all and we all think it is pretty unprofessional  how your employees handle your companys business..
