Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

I got a call from 657-900S-2400.  There was a lo-o-ng pause at first; I started to hang up when I heard a barely audible but unintelligible voice saying something.  It was a lo-o-ng unintelligible message but just audible enough to hear the person seemed to be speaking words but the voice was so distant, I couldn't make out what they were saying.

Just got a call from this number! Ugh! No voicemail! No nothing left!
