this number called me at 12:03 am and woke me up. They said something about my prepaid debit card and I hung up.I just called it back and the voicemail said their company's phone number was hacked.

Same thing here: they said my prepaid debit card was blocked, and I could get connected to "security". I went through the prompts, and entered a fake CC number, but just got cycled around again asking me to enter it again. Oh well.
Scam all around.

Got one as well. And like another poster, the only part I heard was press for security. Glad I looked it up but suspected it was a scam. Crazy out there!

Got a mid-day call from 661-695-5101. I didn't answer it. The caller left no voicemail. I avoid obnoxious middle-of-the-night calls by turning my phone off when I go to sleep. Ergo, nobody can wake me with an obnoxious call when I'm sleeping!

Left a message to hold for security dept. Didn't pick up. Knew it was as scam. Do not return this caller.

Phone rang at 1:00 AM, caller ID showed 661-695-5105, CALIFORNIA. I did not pick it up. The only part of the message that made it to the answering machine was "press one now and you will be transferred to our security department". Pretty callous and mean to wake people in the middle of the night to scam them. I guess they hope when they wake you, people will fall for their trap easier. I someone would devise a way to trap Them!

10:16 pm. Just got call that said same as above. Funny thing is I am on vacation and might have fallen for this scam if I actually had a prepaid debit card. Have been having to tell credit card companies I am on vacation so they would unblock my credit cards. Please don't fall for this obvious scam. If you have given this information out you must contact your bank or credit card company immediately so they can minimize or prevent any financial losses to you. Do not redial the # listed above to fix your account this is not your bank or credit card. It is someone trying to trick you into giving out your information so they can steal from you.

Received a voice recording saying the same shown above.
"Prepaid Debit Card has been locked. To reactivate it, please press 1 now and you will be transferred to our security department."

This number called me, a recording indicated my card had been blocked, and asked for me to press "1" to speak to security. I didn't press anything and the call ended.
