Vous avez continuez à prélevez des sommes indues à partir de mon compte bancaire pour des sites aux quels je n'ai pas souscrits et pour lesquels je n'ai aucun accès pour les annuler, exemple je viens encore d'avoir un prélèvement de votre part daté du 31 janvier 2014, pour 29,95 dollars dont je ne connais pas le site au quel ce prélèvement réfère et de ce fait aucune possibilité de le résilier. Je vais devoir intervenir comme je vous avez prévenus auprès de mon organisme bancaire et de la justice française dans les plus brefs délais afin de bloquer vos prélèvements d'escrocs et de tenter de recouvrer toutes les sommes incriminées par ces dit prélèvements !

Je voudrai que vous stoppiez immédiatement tout les abonnements et autre prélèvements frauduleux à partir de mon adresse interne : christian.mazeyrat@wanadoo.fr  sur mon compte bancaire. De surcroit je ne peux pas savoir quel site est imputé et donc le moyen d'annuler toute transaction avec ceux-ci, bien évidemment ! Cela fait pratiquement 2 mois que cela dure et pour des sommes vairées .

This number was attached to an unauthorized transaction on my credit card account. The name of the store is VIDEOSUPPORT1.COM. So, they may have changed the name. I don´t have a clou, from where there get my creditcard information

it belongs to a porn company called bang bros, and this is what they do. they even sometimes bill you four different transaction for the ONE site, i just got off the phone and some guy told me i signed up 4 times...how is that possible AND WHY WOULD ANYBODY SIGN UP FOR THE SAME SITE 4 TIMES ONE AFTER THE OTHER!

they got ahold of my info somehow. called the number and the woman just kept talking in circles. Said i signed up for this online. NO I DID NOT.. reported them for fraud.

I just noticed this on my card as well, lost it 2 days ago and cancelled before charges were used. However, 39.95 was charged to my account before it was canceled to that exact phone number. Has no location of use just that the phone number is stationed somewhere north of north valley California which makes no sense seeing I live on other side of country and never been anywhere near California. Would also point out that e charge was charged from california and not made by a caller. would advise canceling your card before other charges can be charged. How they got your info or mine I have no clue.

I just had this same problem...$29.95 for the first transaction and $1.95 for the second. Luckily my bank questioned it, and I reported it as fraud too. Just think what these people could do if they used their "powers" for good, and not evil!

This number took 39.95 from Videosupport from my Bank Account since January, then February 2013, and March 2013, finally, today, I caught it. I hope I can stop it now. I do not know who it was. I never signed up for anything. It is a scam, fraud.

I have been defrauded by this number somehow. I don't.remember answering this number but my.credit.card has definately been hacked as $38.55 has been taken.from.my credit.card.

I had exactly the same problem, 1USD on 31. Januray and 39.95USD 2 days later! The store is VIDEOSUPPORT1.com but the same phone number. I wonder how they could get my credit card informations? For me it's the same fraud!

Just had the same problem , but now I get to go to my bank and let them know that is also fraud !
