Answered the call. The woman said her name was Carla with the California Design Center. She was givnig away free coupons to have work done on my home. I hung up. This is just another scam.

Received another call on 11-July-2012.  No msg left on ans machine.  Called this number back.  Recorded female voice (couldn't make out "business" name) said that I could leave my name and number to be removed from their calling list.  I proceeded to do just that. Will post again if this doesn't work. Our phone number is on the federal DNC list.

This number has called numerous times over the last several weeks. They never leave a message. If I am available to answer when they call, there is no one on the other end of the line. VERY ANNOYING!

This number has called 4 times today. Dead air after answering the phone. Tried to call the number back, no connection. I agree with previous post. Spoofed number.
