Received a call from this number.  No message was left.  SMH

I do not want this group to ever call  my phone number again

I appreciate others information.  I didn't answer because I didn't know the caller.

They have called several times before but I did not answer.  I did answer today and a recorded message said "thank you for your interest in diabetic supplies".  I hung up the phone and then blocked it on my phone service website.

I am pleading with everyone who comes to this website to NEVER answer a call from a number you do not recognize.  And if you do happen to answer (because you don't have Caller ID or something), do NOT give out any information or answer any questions.  These so-called people are evil, relentless scammers who have nothing better to do than call innocent people to try to scam them out of identity and money.

If you truly want to give up your hard earned money, heck give it to me!

89 year old father got call from this number. Said they were selling health alert bracelets. Got his credit card # and SS#. Called credit card company and placed alerts on all 3 credit bureaus. Thought it was a scam immediately. They gave him no contact info but said they would contact him later. So far no charges on credit card. Still waiting to get results from credit companies.

Not many people know this, --but there are companies who specialize in finding people by voice I D   All they need is your voice saying-- HELLO! -- If you are willing to ask who they are, they may hang up or to verify your voice ,they would appoligize for getting a wrong number.   If you call thier number back, it is blocked or a recording will say -This number you have called is NOT accessable from your Area !!  Usually, the perpretrator in a credid card company.  This company enlists the services -[subcontract] to individuals in YOUR area code, AND cell phones in your area code ,, so-- you will think the call is from someone you know, or is looking for you . You are right ,someone IS looking for you, but they are a--what I call ,[A Disputatious Person !
which translates to someone who is NOT NICE !  Your voice imprint is all they need .There perpetratrators, [my special name and spelling] for them, are invading your privacy and are guilty of harrassment.  They CONVOLUTE  peoples rights to privacy! Thay have the ability to know when your phone is being used, thus, they will call you then, because being most people have CALL WAITING, then, without thinking, they may click them on the line,AND, you will say--HELLO ! THEY GOT YOU !  The laws in most ,[if not all] the states allow credid collection companies  to call you from 8am to 9pm ,7 days a week.  Some states allow this for a certain period of years. [3-to 6yrs. If you own anything of a value that they can attach then the best was for them to attach that item, [somthing significant in value] then one of the best way for them to get you into court urt is through BANKRUPCY !  Another ply-- they use is, this.   Let's say you have NOTHING in your name, that is really worth much, like an older vehicle, that a Bankruptcy court would let you keep, and you live with a comanion who OWNS the house you live in .  Now remember, County and State ownership records are PUBLIC information, THUS- they -or anyone, can know YOU DO NOT OWN THAT HOUSE !  SO-- What do they do ?  They will contract with a Reverse Mortgage Company [Usually  one you never heard of,]  that will put on a letter to you,  [NOT THE OWNER} in hopes YOU will talk that OWNER into signing over the house to you, or as a partnership, into your name ! They usually enclose a -WARRANT -that says you can take advantage of this reverse mortgage offer for many dollars MORE that the home is worth !They wqill even send an [Equity Platinum Card with a reservation number on it!ALL IN YOUR NAME-----ONLY--!  They also list a reversed mortgage company as being GOVERNMENT APPROVED !  [Which they are, however, When you are listed on that property YOU will be handed a suppena to appear in court SUING YOU for a debt you owe PLUS all late charges, Interest. Lawyers fees Court fees ,[that may apply,] Paper serving expenses, that may apply, All costs of attempting to collect this debt, etc.   SO- this reverse mortgage company is another TOOL the collection companies use to get you into court ,if   you do not file for bankruptcy.   They are legal in thier rights to call you anyway they can! If you are a veteran, the reverse mortgage is approved for you ALSO! [So you too, will be allowed to go to court to defend yourself ![Lots of luck on that !]  There are many more tricks of the trade I have used to collect debts too, however, those experiences will be too long for this post.   TOM-

I've been getting calls from this number but they never leave a message.  When I finally did answer there was a recorded message about diabetic supplies.  There are no diabetics in my home so I hung up.  They also use the # 317-559-5582 and DHC comes up on the caller ID.
I believe M12 is right.  I think they look for active #'s so telemarketers can harass people.  Yes, they are "coward callers" and I'm not sure how to stop them.  If you block them they just call back using a different number.  I'm sick of paying the phone company so I can be harassed.  I've complained many times but they do nothing.

I have received multiple calls from this number. According to my research, calls that have no response or that do not leave a message, are for locating active phone lines. This information is then sent to telemarketing companies to help produce there calling list. I call them, "coward callers".

Watch out this call from Missisippi 662-996-3940 named different name Comm Health Res . They are spying you!!!

Call came in...answered it...hung up...not the first time this has happen....tired of these calls....

I also recieved a call from this # on 10/24. It also said "community Health Res" and no message. It is a scam for info. The reason they are not leaving thier message is as follows. When a telemarketer or (scammer) is trying to reach a caller in the U.S. new people to the "do not call list" cannot leave a complaint unless they have been on the system for 30 days. Imagine the amount of people they have scammed in those 30 days. Do not ever give any info for surveys or otherwise to anyone on the phone. When they ask even mundane questions such as: What do you think of product A or Product B or who is your Cable Co? they are trying to get your spending habits so if they can steal your info to build a profile so any suspiscious activity looks like you did it. It can be very hard for you to notice something on your bank accounts which is something you would do normally. For instance, if you go to certain stores and use a stolen created Debit card and pin you can buy a .10 cent item but get $100 back in cash. You might want to be on the lookout for this # also. It is :Montreal PQ with the number 514-904-3190. Every time they call they say they are a different company. Do Not Give them any info on surveys AT ALL. They are known scammers. They even ask people how much money they have in the bank. Believe it or not people fall for this in this day and age. Hope that helps.

Same name appeared on my id......check out this company in MS.

Called today around noon; this was a new one for us. We didn't answer as usual, but the caller ID was the same as mentioned above. However, for the caller who said they call every morning at 8 a.m.--that's harassment, and I would suggest reporting the number to the FCC at www.fcc.gov. Also the complaints at the DoNotCall website. And check the home page of this wonderful site we're on, (thank you everyone who posted so we can figure out that this IS a scam call), and see if there are any other suggestions. Last, check your phone and your phone company to see if you have Call-Blocking or Call-Screening capabilities. I'm not taking a chance on being bombarded early in the morning; I'm blocking it now.

I got a call from this number on Aug.9,2012.  4:15 pm PDT  A recording saying that  I was to push 1 and stay on line for a representative to verify my order for Diabetes equipment.   I immediately hung up.  
During the night became worried that my Debit/Credit Cards may have been compromised .  
This morning found their number stored in my phone's call log. Listed as COMM HEALTH RES  662-996-3940.  Called them, there was No ring tone, No dial tone, No busy signal.   There was a weird sound but, even that concerned me.  So immediately hung up.
If you do happen to push 1 for an operator, I am sure they will want YOU to       " verify" ALL your information.    WATCH OUT!!

I received a call today from this unknown phone number. I did not answer the call myself it showed up on the my caller I.D. The caller did not leave any message on my voice mail. Might be a scam caller? I, did look on my caller I.D. and it send (Comm Health Res) never heard of this company or business.

I started getting these calls about a week ago.  As others here have stated, the identity is "Comm. Health Res." Now they call every day at around 8am.  I could use them as an alarm clock if I oversleep.  Seriously annoying and an invasion of privacy.  What can be done?

662-996-3940 is a rerouted call  from mumbai india. it is a scam trying to get your information so they can steal your identity.

I got a call from this # and reported it was "Comm. Health Svcs" just as earlier caller did.  This is not a wanted number.  What can I do?

I received a call from this number today and no message was left.  Besides the number, the only other thing that showed up on called ID was Southhaven, MS.  I am really tired of getting these calls!!

We got a phone call yesterday 02/13 from this number also. the caller id showed Southhaven MS.  We called back 2 hours later and first, it seems that the call did not reach somebody, then we heard a "beep", then we heard that we have to call 5814.  Weird?  
We also received the same day two other weird calls, one from 917-793-5694 and one that shows this on the caller ID;  V02140817110697/121100056654.
