This caller is targeting Middle East Gulf region now.

I'm from Constanta/Romania and I received a call from this number this morning at 10:08. From what I can tell, the number is from East Timor... The strange thing is that a lot of people were called from the same number. Just google for: +6703307731

I was called this morning from this strange phone number, just got a bip from he/she/alien... :) ... if anybody will figure out what is this, please share the experience with us.. My location is Romania/Cluj Napoca

hi! i was called on 20.09.08, at 8.04 pm and my boyfriend was called on 29.09.08, at 07.05am. i tried to send a message to that number but i couldn't.

I was called from this number in the middle of the night. I live in Sibiu/Romania. (Vodafone)

After some digging on the net I found out that the number is from a city named Dili in East Timor.

Am fost sunat si eu astazi la 10.08 de pe acelasi numar, am primit bip mai exact. Sunt din Constanta/Romania. Nu am sunat inapoi ci am cautat pe google - asa am ajuns aici.
