I received a SMS text message in Spanish asking me to call back urgently and the SMS text I received was from the same number +674 559 9260 and I did some research through Google search engine about this number and I found out that the text message was originated from a tiny island named NAURU, it's a tiny island located on South Pacific and Oceania and I called back but nobody answered my call, however I noticed they deducted me $5 US dollars that I have left in phone service, therefore it's a SCAM, please DON'T CALL!!! IT'S A PHONE CALL SCAM!!! If you CALL they will deduct PART if not your WHOLE MONEY BALANCE LEFT IN YOUR PHONE SERVICE. Cordially, Alex

I think this is new technique from IDEA to cheat people who make ISD calls.
