This is a debt collection agency out of Atlanta, GA.  They are trying to locate someone that owes a debt that they have bought from a creditor.  "Investigator" is the same as "Debt Collector".

Fortunately,  I was not the guy that they were looking for, but I had a long conversation with the "Detective" about the debt collection business.

The guy that they were looking for has the same first and last name as I do.  This was a surreal experience because I had been considering going into the debt collection business myself.

I recieved a call from Ms Thomas concerning a outstanding check. She said that warrant would be out for me if I didn't pay. The check was for $300.00 but they charged me $425.00. I quick collect sent it to them.. Now the number doesn't work? I need a reciept knowing that the bill is paid?

Unfortunately, I have been personally ripped off by one of the so called partners of this collection agency, Paul Seal. The company is a joke and I personally think they are all con-artist trying to scam people for whatever they can. I recieved a call from someone saying that they were an investigator and that they needed to talk to me.  I replaced a girl who has the same first name as me but not the same last name.  This very rude woman goes on the tell me how I have lied and all about what she is going to do, although I'm telling her she has the wrong person, she goes on to tell me this other young ladies business.  When she finally realizes she has the wrong person, offered no apology and hung the phone up in my face.  When I called her back she told me how rude I was and that she would hang up in my face again.  I am waiting on her to call again,  then there's a good chance I'm going to Atlanta.

I received a phone call from these people regarding a payday loan I was very delinquent on.  The man who called informed me that there was a warrant for my arrest and I was so shocked and frightened by this I made the very stupid mistake of agreeing to give him my debit card number to take a ONE TIME payment out to cover the debt.  A few months later this same company helped themselves to ANOTHER payment for the same amount.  I called the local georgia police department..filed criminal charges..worked with my bank and left them numerous messages (all unanswered of course) advising them that I had filed charges against them for illegally removing monies from my account. They never contacted me but the DID put the money back into my account for the second debit they took.  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION...record the conversation if possible and report them to the local authorities.

I have been getting Harrassing phone calls AT WORK even after I told them to not contact me there, only at home. Someone named "Inspector Lou" (Is this the United States or England? Who uses Inspector anymore? They quickly became very unprofessional and resulted to vulgar name calling with the threat of a warrant being issued. When I hung up on them they just cont. to call even threatning to arrest my co-worker who answered the phone for me. I will be following this action up with the BBB and local authorities in Atlanta. This Co is a joke!!!

On 04/21/2008 some a**hole from your company called my home. The person that they were looking for did not live with me.Before i could say anything she started telling me there  would be a warrant filed in my county for this person. These people who call must have the brains of a bird. I ask them to please stop calling my number. The calls are still coming,and these bird brains still ask the same thing. I will be calling the State of Alabama AG's office in regards to this matter.

They call people and tell them that there is a warrant out for them or there will be one soon.  This is a fraud.  It is a federal offence to threaten someone with jailtime.  Call your police dept. and file a criminal report and call Bloomburg back at 770-745-7424 or 770-272-1117 and leave a message stating that you have filed a report with the police and if they attempt to take any money out of your bank account that you will press charges.

These threats that the company Bloomberg & Solom are making are completely disrepectful and out of line. How do tehy think that someone is going to pay a debt while being harassed. I asked them did they have any paper work or copies of the check or contract that I supposedly signed they stated no. What kind of Bsiness is this?

I have been receiving calls from this company for several weeks. This company states that they are contacting me in regards to a cash advance check I wrote in 2003. I explained to them that I do not recall this action and they threaten me stating that they are invesigators and they would file a warrant in my county if I did not make a payment by that coming Friday. Now I am getting calls from the same ageny but a different investigator stating the same threat but now the balnce is $1345 the first rep stated that the balance was $1045

I just received a call from someone named Investigator Thomas at this number, and she informed me that she had a "warrant" out for me because of a bad check I had written at a check cashing place.  She said I committed check fraud.  I dug deeper and called the check place and yes, I DO have an outstanding check, but she was VERY upset that Bloomberg & Solomon would allow their reps to say such things to one of her clients.  She wanted the lady's name, and she said she is going to have her supervisor call and straighten it out.  They are not allowed to tell us they have a "warrant."  It is just a scare tactic.  I did find out that the debt WAS legitamate, but I also found out that I can pay the bill that I owe at the actual check cashing place.  My original bill was 115, and she was trying to get me to pay $285!  

In all, I just have to say that if I ever have to deal with these people again, it will be a day too soon.  She was horrible to me, and I don't know how she can sleep at night knowing that she is such a #$%!zilla to people!

I have received calls from this agency on 3 different occassions always a different "investigator" but I only get a busy signal when i try and call it back.

I have received several calls from this number from an "investigator."  I have not been able to reach anyone at that number.

This isn't a legit phone call.  It is a fruad!

an "investigator taylor" from Bloomburg Solomon & Associates called my grandmother's house asking for me. He told her that it is very important that she have me call him back. Something about check fraud. Said he was in Arizona...but this is an Atlanta, GA area code??
