Someone from that # called my cousin regarding me, I called them back and they tried to tell me I wrote a check (from a bank I have never used) and it bounced. That I should call my local sheriffs department because I have a bad record and a warrant out for my arrest. I called the sheriff department. My record is clean and there is nothing out for my arrest and never has been. It is against the law for any agency to release any type of information against someone to someone else. That's how I knew it was a scam of some sort.

I recieved a call from that number (678-369-5302) on december 12, 2013. Long stort short... they brought my information from a payday loan company.They also told me they have file papers for my arrest. After checking with my local courthouse and going to my local police department I was informed there is nothing against me. When I called them back the man (who said he was an attorney) told me he didn't file the papers yet and he was going to do it first thing monday morning. I asked him his name so I could look him up and he hung up on me.  

No one has been picked up, because it is a scam.  Report them to the FBI, District Attorney and the Police.  They never
stop calling.  eventually they will change their phone number and start calling with another one.

Has anybody been picked up for a warrent by this company? They are saying they are placing a warrent for arrest by noon ifi do not pay?

They called my mom claiming to be a "check recovery" company.....they were looking for me about a check in 2010 and that if I don't call them back they are issuing a warrant today....it's a scam

received a call from a number different than the one left on the voicemail. the number left on the voicemail was 678-369-5302. claimed they were a check recovery and stated it was in m best interest to call them myself or have my counsel call them to resolve the issue. the number that appeared when the call was received is a number i have seen many times claiming they are with an arbitration department and that they are finalizing papers that will be served to me at my home and place of employment. i firmly believe this is a scam.

These people call and leave automated messages.  I also rec'd a call from a man claiming to be a detective and they were going to issue a warrant that day.  I didn't call them back.

Collection crooks, keep calling with different phone# asking for people we do not know. Claim to be "check recovery officials". Make threats about coming out with "papers". Told them come on, we have something for them!
