Why don't you tell GE Money, Grace? Your caller is not going to dutifully study random forum complaints and cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments.

These people will NOT leave me alone!!! I paid off my care credit 2YEARS ago and im STILL getting spammed by them!! 2 years ago I owed 35$ and I paid it! But now I apparently owe 260$ even though I don't even have a credit card with them, or anyone else

I can't understand how these harrssing people can get by with calling and harrssing people like they do ,they have laws on everything else why not laws on harrassing telemarketers or whoever the --- they are. We need to start sueing these people and send there phone call directly to an attorney's office,maybe just maybe this might help,if not we need to contact someone else this is a big problem that needs some attention!!

They asked for another number where they could reach the person who they were looking for (who I have no relationship with).  They just kept calling so finally I just gave them the number for the most powerful law office in the area and told them she worked there.  I bet they will get tired of the calls and find some way to stop them.  lol

Really, 7 in the morning on a Saturday!  Pissed that on my day off I get woken up at & and THEN 8 to these jerks calling me and not leaving a message either.  Is there not a law stating what times these jerkholes can and can not call? Hate them!

They called at 7:30 AM and left no VM....don't care who they are, if they fail to leave a message they get no call back.

Yeah, it's JC PENNY and they keep calling!!!  Even after you talk to them they cal right backl!!!

They are very inconsiderate at how many times they call. I do not have a jc penny card but my girlfriend does. Somehow they have got my number, they don't call her though. Maybe they will eat that balance on her credit card just because of their ignorant collection methods.

These b*****ds called 15 times yesterday. They switched to this number from 330-433-5966. Caller ID says GE Money. I have nothing related to them, pay my bills in full. Here's what I do. I put my finger over the mouthpiece, press talk, then keep pressing talk, causing my call waiting to kick in. First i do it for 10 seconds, to make sure they get charged for the 1st minute. Then after that I do it for just over 1 minute so they get charged for 2 minutes. Rinse and repeat. It got them to switch to this number we're talking about here. I will continue until they run out of numbers and/or money. If we all do this, we could put their phone bill through the roof...

just had a missed call from this number...called them back and it said they were jcpenney...talked with an operator and told her that i had received a call from this number and that i dont have an account with them and would like my number removed...she asked for my number and my name and then told me that my number would be removed...hope this is the end of this...

Today, after repeated attempts to reach me at home (thank God for caller ID), they called my workplace.  I saw their number on caller ID and had someone else answer my phone.  They asked for me and my friend asked if there was a message.  Peggy, from India LOL, said yes, have her call me regarding personal business.  My friend replied that this is a business and personal business calls are not wanted and will be considered solicitation.  She also informed them to cease and desist calling this number.  So far, no more calls.  You need to beat them at their own game.  There are many scams, so please don't give them any bank info, etc.  I already filed a complaint with the FCC.

Next time they call you, quickly pick up the phone and tell them to hold on....never get back to the phone or hang it up....

I owe $124. which I have already mailed the total check. Minimum due is about $25. Surely there are people who owe them more that they could harass. Just like all the others I receive many phone calls daily, sometimes I talk, sometimes I let it go. Penneys! Please discontinue your association with this crazy collection company. I like your products, I like your stores. You are making me hate you.

My Daughter moved out awhile ago, but the last address, and phone number was ours so yes I been getting this number at least 4 times a day, and it has to do with her. It says GE Money, I know its a collection agency, I do not owe them any money, and we never answer the phone, and of course no message. But I think it's alot of fun for me knowing they call so much and no answer, my Wife and I are having alot of fun with this. We want to see when they give up, our phone number is only for our  alarm system we never use our land line, or answer it. The calls are absolutly no problem with us, we laugh every time they hang up, I just picture the poor person on the phone calling, and no answer, its waists there time, and  money not ours.

They started calling @ 8am and have called 12 times since........REALLY!

Why would they apply their own money to the debt you owe?

We just got a call from this number. It was in regards to our JCPenny account. The woman on the phone said it was past due. My wife informed her that it was not only current, but that in fact last month it was paid on the 17th, when payment is not due until the 23rd! The woman said "Payment is due every 30 days, so you should have made payment on the 17th." My wife replied, "When is the payment due each month?" "On the 23rd." "So, you're telling me that I'm being PENALIZED for paying it A WEEK EARLY last month!?!?" "Well, you paid it on the 17th last month, so you should have paid it on the 17th this month." My wife is livid at this point. She says, "It's due on the 23rd. It is NOT behind. I will pay it by the 23rd. Leave. Me. Alone." Unbelievable.

They call all the time, 3-5 times a day and leave no message, so I don't know the company or the reason for the calls.  I see from the posts that it's from JCP about late accounts.  I have tried to work with GE Money Bank to resolve the deliquency of my JCP account several times to no avail, so I avoid the calls.  I got NO help, no courteousness, no willingness to help or anything else from these people.

I need to report this harassing debt collectors.

It is GE MONEY and they actually are the financial company for many credit cards some including kohls, jc penney, bank of marin, care credit,and so on so the call maybe for a different credit card or account.

They call my nine year old daughter's cell phone repeatedly.

THIS NUMBER CALLED 5 TIMES ON THE 7TH OF JULY AND 5 TIMES ON THE 8TH OF JULY. I DO NOT ANSWER 1 800 CALLS. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE. I WENT TO THERE WEBSITE TO CONTACT THEM TO STOP CALLING ME BUT ALL THE NUMBERS HAVE A RECORDING TO ENTER YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. TRIED ANOTHER NUMBER 1-866-423-3796 ALSO A RECORDING. PUTTING YOUR NAME ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST ISN'T WORKING.

They kept calling me because I had overpaid my credit card and they wanted to know whether they should send me a check or apply it to future purchases. That was all!
