Lady called one of my students on his phone during class using this number.  I called the number back and she was very rude to me.  She asked for the phone number and I would not give it to her, I just asked to be removed from the list.  TOTAL SCAM

I keep getting phone calls from a company name FNA investigations is this company

FAIL- you Scamming $cumbag.  your mommy must be really proud that you are a thief

Continously calls my work phone and does not leave a message.

I always pay my bills. I have excellent credit. In fact, I just bought a new car and saw my credit. There isn't anything bad on my credit. This phone number keeps calling my cell phone. I won't answer it since I don't recognize it.

Weiss is being tracked and traced by a special federal group who is going on a crack down to get these scammers.
There is an informant in his group and WEISS will be serving time.
Records are being kept of all transactions and eventually the FTC will be making an arrest with the help of other federal agents.
MR WEISS says the internet sucks because now everyone knows about his scam. Actually that really isnt even his name as you will all find out.

That is proof right there that they are scammers. Calling you at work and harrasing you, calling relatives and telling them you are under investigation, calling before 8 am and after 9 pm.
All of these stunts are proof that they are very desperate to scam you out of money and do not follow the laws of debt collection or investigative services.
When people get desperate they make mistakes and these people have made quite a few.
DON'T ANYONE PAY THESE TERRORISTS!

No proof, no money. That is how real unpaid debts work. Not just some guy calling and saying you owe money.
File a complaint with the FTA.
They just busted a group in California for doing the same thing and I am sure they will get these people.
A scam for extortion is what they are doing and that is against the law and they will suffer the consiquences.
Notice their message when you call does not give the name of the business? That is because they reuse it for whatever business name they are using that week.

I have been getting thse call from 678 819 5284 from a Ms. Moore. will not send any info pertaining to the Case they say they have. This is a total fraud.

I received a call from this number today, Chief Investigator Garcia saying that I need to call back before the continue to file a litigation or whatever, she left the last 4 numbers of my SS but not the right ones she said the fith sixth seventh and eighth and left the nineth number out!

Yesterday (Saturday at 12:50pm) I received the voice message at home from this number 678-666-2094 stating I need to contact Investigator Weiss, also provided a claim number. He threatens a federal charge of some kind and wants me to call back but didn't leave a number, I am assuming he realizes almost every body has caller ID.

I recieved the same call from this number 678-666-2094 stating i need to contact a Mr.Williams.

I received a message at my job stating that a Mr. WEISS called and left this number for me 678-666-1984. My manager advised me that he was very rude. I have no idea who is or what he is calling me for ay mu kob. Isn't that illegal?. If any one can help me with information on this guy I would greatly appreciate it. When I called the number back no one answered but it's saying I've reached investigator Weiss.

I got a vm from Investigator Weiss today from FNA Investigations.  Interestingly I had been getting calls from a CNA Investigations in Atlanta, Investigator Jackson a few weeks ago at work and after I repeatedly told them to stop calling me at work and send me something in writing, I finally had to cite federal regulations to them and threaten to sue them before they would stop.  Now all of a sudden a "new" company is calling me - from Atlanta.  These people are low life third party collection agents that buy debts already written off by the companies.  If you want to mess with them, call them back and put your phone on mute and just sit there while they get frustrated because you won't answer them.  When they hang up, call back and do it again.  If you do want to talk with them to set them straight, tell them they have 30 days to send you something in writing verifying the debt, this means original paperwork with your signature on it, not some form letter they will try to generate;  tell them to stop calling you at all, and to communicate with you via mail only, per the Fair Debt Collection Act.  Above all, do not send them any money or give out your credit card info to them.

He called me regarding accts that I did infact owe money to. Only problem was that when I contacted the compainies who he said he was working for they told me that he is a scam artist and to ignore him. The actual bank I borrowed money from did a payment plan for me and I am now paid in full, altho I am still getting calls from this guy saying that he is going to start a federal case against me for these accounts. hes bull crap!!!

Same info as above...very vague  threatens a federal charge of somekind   no idea who or what he is supposedly representing or what its about   says he will file a federal lawsuit unless i respond TODAY!!!  I have spoken to him and asked that he send me something showing what and who i owe before i just randomely wire him $$ and i never received anything except more rude and threatening voice messages...wish i had the $ to hire an attorney..i am sick of this!
