Got a call from this number. She left a message with her name as Rosalyn Parks. Pretty much saying the same thing as everyone else. But in the message she also leaves the last four digits of my social security number...is that legal? However, she does not leave a case number.

I did manage to get my money back and that was only bc the sharon jackson took money from my debit card and I was able to supply a police report to my bank. good luck everyone---report these fools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a message left from this number but mine was from a male who identified himself as investigator Jennings. He said he had documents that alleged I had committed check fraud. Said to call him back immediately to clear up legal matters. Amazing since I haven't written a check in years and if I had I would think someone local (sheriff or police) would be contacting me not a phone call from the state of Georgia.

I got a call From this number and Sharon Jackson was the ladies name. She said it was concerning court today in the County where I live. She called my cell phone which I dont give out but to friends and family. But supposedly she was in court today and I wasnt, but In our state I can sheck the court records and court dates but I dont have a court date and or record for anything! So I say scam! DO NOT TRUST THESE PPL! Ppl will do anything these days to scam ppl. I am on disability and a limited income so I will not chance anything!

Well Miss Sharon tried to get us today! LOL This woman was able to even call the people we are on a land contract with. She called and told them the same story- Warrant and all so I called her back she wouldn't tell me anything said she had to talk to my husband-which i understood but she wouldn't even talk to me civilized. I called our sherrif dept they said sounds like a scam told me to google the number-& thats how i found this page:) Made me feel alot better knowing it was a scam so I called Sharon back and left a voice mail told her HAHA that I found her the same way she found us and was busted!

She will also transfer you to a supervisor named Adrian Taylor.  Funny when "Sharon Jackson" left messages on our voicemail she left two different case numbers.  This is a scam.  If money is owed, they need to go through the proper channels and not use scare tactics, like saying you will be arrested. You cannot be arrested for owing money.  There is no longer debtor's prison.

Chief, it is a scam and I have called the bank and the police.

Got a call from Sharon Jackson today, via my mother. I was told If I did not pay a certain amount of money today a arrest warrant would be issued today for my arrest. I did pay the money and now looking into the company to find out any more information for third party contact with my mother.

And what was the outcome?

I have been research this lady since she has called me about a payday loan. She went by Sharon Jackson and now goes by Tracy Hamilton. I have done some research and what I have come up with is that her real name is Nina Brown. DO NOT GIVE IN AND IF SHE CALLS THREATEN HER WITH LEGAL ACTION!! she loves to give out threats and harass people and she does like to take it. The one thing that she did mess up on is calling my father which is not a good person to p****off. I have a private detective doing research on her right now!!!

Son got a call also from same number. She said her name was Tracy Hamilton. All the same as above. Did the same as Red above. Have it in the works with my bank and Sherriff`s dept.

My son got a call from this number about a payday loan not paid

Received called from investigator stating that a warrant has been issued for my arrest and that she was trying to help me out. Sharon Jackson was her name, she stated that she could not over-ride the judge but could what she could.??????? Then explained that this loan is 5 years old aand that my license will be suspended. She gave an hour to call her back. After making a payment the information showed a Law Firm of Epstein & Weinberg,s and Associates. Google the name and of course I found all of you. The bank is currently in the process of doing a claim. The company is fraudlent, I have no problem paying the money, but I just want to make sure it goes to the correct company. Oh, I did call the 404-935-4130 and was transferred to Ms Jackson, but she told me earlier that she was Delaware.
