This number is not MCI Worldcom.  That's just the phone service company this number is through. Like AT&T, etc.  And it's very likely NOT in Buford, GA.  Telemarketers, including international ones, can get a local phone number anywhere.

They called (caller I.D. just said Buford, GA) and didn't leave a message, glad I didn't bother to pick up after reading these posts!

This number has called several times and never leaves a message. The internet says it is MCI corporation and I have no idea who they are and don't want them calling my house.

I have received calls from this number nearly every day, so today, I pressed 0 so that I could request to be removed from their call list. After a lengthy wait, a woman came on the line immediately asking if I was insured. I explained that I only pressed 0 so that I could be removed from their calling list. She then very rudely exclaimed, "well, I can't help you." I again asked not to receive calls from this number, and she yelled, "ma'am did you hear what I said?!" I'm trying to find out how to report her to someone now...

Keep receiving calls from 678-745-3340.   Would like to know who this is?  
They never leave a message & I don't answer calls if I don't know who they are.  
Can't be bothered by people who call and don't idenify themselves on caller ID or don't leave message.  
If I need a service I will call you, don't call me.

I keep getting calls from this number and it comes up Assistance Center every time i answer the phone they hang up.

I just got a call from them and I did answer but they hung up, no one said anything. It came up on caller ID with the Assistance Center. Looks like they could do something to stop these people from harassing others.

Just got a first time call from them, Left no message on answering machine, caller i.d. showed it as Assisted Center, I didn't answer as usual

Just got a call from them @ 11:38am 8/5/13 and the recorded msg asks you to Press 0 to speak to operator about getting supplemental insurance.

It's out of Buford, GA.  I can't locate the business.  Next time they call I would suggest Pressing 0 to connect you to the operator so you can find out who they are.  I plan to do so and then report them as they are not supposed to call since I have my number registered under the Do Not Call Registry.

They did the same thing to me today.  I can't find any information about them except that they are in Bufford Ga....backward town.

Calls everyday. Caller ID says Assistance Cntr. No Message. My advise, if you don't know the number, don't pick up unless you have an air horn or loud whistle.
