I had the same problem - I got the same message but have no account with Verizon.

Got a call saying the Department of Labor has deactivated my benefits card. To reactivate call 678-802-8740. Yeah, like I'm going to give them my credit card number.

I got a text message from this number informing me the the Department of Labor had deactivated my benefits card and to call back to re-activate the card. I don't have any such benefits card so I pulled a search and found this site. Likely a pfishing expedition.

Got a prepaid text message informing me my pre-paid debit card balance was getting low, call this number to re-activate my verizon debit card. I don't have a verizon debit card, so I assume this is some kind of Phishing scam.
