Got a call from this number.  Sounds like a bill collector for somebody that had our phone number before us.

what you should do: register your number with donotcall.gov then file a complaint. this is fraud, person's have no documentation but expect to scare you into providing banking information via phone. if they continue to call you without complying with laws, then they'll have to pay the price with FTC
