They told me the name was "Martin Finch" and I filed a report with both my state AG, the state where they claimed the account is from, and the GA state AG. Also filed a fraud alert with the FTC to alert my credit bureaus. Police told me there wasn't anything they could do at this time.

Im receiving calls from a Robert Frost to call back regarding a case being downloaded from attorneys office. I dont even live in Georgia so weird

I have got this call so many times saying they were pressing charges.  I've never had a payday loan. Real low life's to harass people this way in order to get a dollar from someone

received call from 404-900-6954....do not know the number so let go to Voice Mail. VM had please call 678-952-7124 and ask for risk specialist for assistance due to my SSN and Bank account number being used by someone. Called the 404 # and received same LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR A RISK SECIALIST...SCAMMMMMMMERS PLEASE STOP.....

I just received the same call and these are scams.  I spoke with a "Investigator Brandy Beyers"  and she tried to get really nasty to me so I told her if there was such a bill then why don't she pay it because I filed Ch 7 bankruptcy so if there was any company that I owed they were put into my BK.  She tried to tell me that bankruptcy does not cover these types of charges.  It's so funny that they are in Georgia and have no idea how business is handled down here in Texas.  I then told her the beauty about being on the phone is that I have the ability hang up which I did then blocked the number they called me from.  These people are ridiculous.  The only thing you can really do is file a police report or report them to the Attorney General in your state but if they don't give the name of their company then what do you do?

Yeah they called me with this same BS and I told them to send out the calvary if they want. They had info about me that I didn't verify. They even knew where I worked. Some hackers who have gotten their hands on some info from payday loan company and trying to scare someone into giving them info to collect and ravage your bank acct. If you get a call from people like this hang up and try not to verify anything. Theives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

jUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND SAID THERE WAS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY LINKED TO MY SS NUMBER AND BANK ACCOUNT THAT WAS LINKED TO MY TELEPHONE NUMBER. BS!!!! THEY DON'T GIVE A COMPANY NAME. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED! IT IS A SCAM! BEWARE!!!

I got a vm saying that I have fraud activity linked with my ss and my work number to please call 678-952-7124 to talk to one of their risk specialist.  If they have a debt you owe then send it in writing no one will pay unless in writing.

They call me every day at work and leave a message.  I called them and but did not verify anything  (not  over the phone with a company that does not identify themselves),  I told them to stop calling me at work and send me something in the mail if they have a debt or issue.
They told me I would just have to deal with it then..............if it's legitimate then they should agree to send it in writing to my home address.
I just want the harassing phone calls at work to stop!  It's irritating!

Total scam . . . not clear how they got my number . . . may they rot in hell.

Received a call from this number, my wife couldn't get to the phone in time, and our answering machine picked it up (yes, we still use an old answering machine and not voice mail).  A woman with a Mexican/Hispanic accent, left us a voice mail asking us to get in touch with them immediately because there was a problem with our phone number, bank account number, and social security numbers.  Sounds like a scam so we are not going to call back!  

I'm so sick and tired of these calls.  It's a shame there seems to be nothing that can be done to catch these people.  What a nuisance...they need to get real jobs, instead of sitting around doing this annoying stuff all day and night...sometimes they call as late as like 8 pm.

Just received a call on my cell phone, went to voicemail stating the same thing as LW above.  Whatever!  Tired of these calls!

The FBI maintains a website IC3.Gov where you can make a complaint and if they get enough complaints they may investigate.

Stupid robo call saying this phone number has been linked to fraud....

I got a call from this number and it was an automated message saying it was transferring me to someone. The person got on the phone and asked why I had called and for my phone number. I hung up. They called right back and left a message saying that charges were being pressed against me and to please call back to resolve the problem. I blocked the phone number. Problem solved.
