I just got a call from Robert Dickson from National association of fraud investigators saying I had a bad loan in 2010 and that they were going to sue me for bank fraud and writing hot checks.  I told them I do not recall getting a loan if they can send me the documentation they refused to and said they were issuing a warrent for arrest and my bond would be $50,000 and 24 months in jail and a 1000 fine.. He called my sister! And new allot of my family members names. He said he started something with the prosecuter. I called the prosecutor and was told it sounds like a scam.!

just received a call on my job from mr lancaster advising me that a decision will be made today on a personal matter. he did not tell me what this was about or anything else and i did not ask. i got his phone number before hanging up the phone. went online and found out this phone call came from somewhere in georgia.

Caller requested me to contact him or have my lawyer return his call...

I got a call from a Mr.Lancaster say I owed for a check in 2010 on a closed account but the account is still open too this date...he was going to have me arrested on check Freud

Got a call from this guy saying that he was a private investigator and he was looking for me for a fraud investigation. He said that his client has a collection for me and if I do not contact them immediatley, there will be a warrant for my arest. For one thing I do not have any outstanding debt and another is they do not issue a warant for outstanding debt. That is an outrageous scare tactic.

You cannot be arrested for owing Money.  They call me all the time with the same bull s*** message, they even called our human resource department and told them that the law would be coming for me!!  Oh brother that was like 6 six months ago.  What they are doing is threatening you to pay they try to scare you into paying your old debt.  I simply told them to send the papers if they want their money garnish me but they have not

if you send them a cease and desist letter  and they contact you again after the letter has been sent to them they you can take them to court ... under the law they are not aloud to harries you once they have received the letter... come times its best to send it certifided that way you know they got it  but it works

I got the same kinda call and so I asked for e mail information, he finally sent it like hours later and the website on the e mail is a website that is for sale so that isnt sitting well with me.

I just got a call from "Robert Dixon" for my 76 year old father and he couldnt even pronounce his name right.  Do I assume he is a fake?  How can I stop him from contacting me?

he calls me too but this time says his name is donald moore ! harassing saying that he will sign my warrent to arrest me

Calls out the blue. Said his name is Todd Lawson or Larson. He is an investigator and I owe a bill. Couldn't tell me who the client was. The next day he calls my phone while I am at work. Then calls work and harasses me. Then calls back and tells my information to my manager without my consent. Unlawful practice and people like him need to get a life.
