We have received the calls.  Today they actually laughed at us and said they would continue to call.  I called the attorney generals office and tried to file a complaint but was told if you do not have an address of the company then there is not much they can do.

I have been receiving these calls at my work asking if my boss is here and they need to speak with him b/c they have our company on their list to make sure he is getting the lowest rates.They have called twice in the past week. The girl says she is calling about the Duquesne light bill. I said i wasnt interested in switching and she said , i dont want you to switch anything.. blah blah blah...

Received call from this number, claiming to save our company money on the Duquesne Light electric bill... however, they don't provide the name of their company and if you ask to be taken off their call list, the response is, "You are in the Yellow Book so you will continue to be bombarded with calls."  What kind of response is that?!  Do NOT sign up for anything with this company - they don't even identify themselves and it just reeks of being a scam, preying on individuals and companies because of energy deregulation.  If you call back, you just get a recording (in a very strange voice), "Please stay on the line and your call will be transferred to the next available agent."  No one ever comes on the line; it just hangs up.

We have received calls from them MANY times, and every time demand to be removed from the call list.  It's always the same old story about offering lower electric rates, but don't fall for this scam.  Don't even pick up the phone when the call ID reads "N Dakota Call".

they have called multiple times, and every time it is a telemarketer trying to sell "lower" electric rates.  they always refuse to take off a call list, and are always rude.  if they call you don't even take the time to talk to them...hang up.

Company is still a scam though.

They claim I won a sweepstakes at the Hard Rock but the number says its in North Dakota, and not Pennsylvania. Also, I never enter raffles/sweepstakes at restaurants since their sales scams.

PS. They also claim to be exclusive to Pennsylvania, though Ive seen online a few people from North Carolina and Florida who have received calls from this company.

They are a company that tries to get you to switch providers with your energy. They claim they can get you discounts on your power bill.

They left a message identifying themselves as "calling about your Duke energy account and it is important that you call us make immediately". They knew my name also.

Number appears in caller ID, no one speaks.  Line just goes to dial tone.  
Likely a telemarketer from Fargo, ND.

Multiple calls; tried to call back to ask to be taken off their call list: "Your call is important to us. You will be transferred to the next available attendant," is the response each time. Then, after over 5 minutes of holding, "Good-bye."

Hang-up calls.
