1. Either have a friend or relative working there and tried to reach you
2. An employee tried to reach you as a business related to a patient
3. They accidentally called you when trying to call someone else.
You cannot return the phone call. Only by calling a specific unit.

Called and didn't leave a message. Called the number and got this message:
"You have reacched Mad Center One health systems. the number listed on your caller id is not an assigned number to a specific depart or person number at Mad Center One the person that attempeted to call you will continue to try to reach you. we appologize for any incovience this may have caused you. thank you"
Didn't leave a number to call.

I think it's actually Med Center One health systems-it's one of the hospitals and clinics in Bismarck. I got a call from there too.
