I'm 16, I've been getting this calls for a couple months. I repeatedly say I don't know what you're talking about, and I'm positive you have the wrong number. One time they called me Dweight Howard and then they call and say I'm Drake Shaffer... They have completely wrong information on me but they have my number. I saved a voicemail I got and I'm going to report it to the police probably tomorrow. They tell me I have a lawsuit against me but he won't say what it's for... he told me that the local police are being discharged to my house, but he told me my address was something something Apartment number 7. I don't live in an apartment. My name IS Eric, and they gave me two wrong names. And like everyone else said, broken English. He sounded Indian. Next time he calls, my girlfriend and I are going to report him, he's been harrassing me for 3 months now.

These people called and said that they were going to arrest me for check fraud which is odd as I've never written a check to the payday loan company that they are stating has hired them. I have contacted the police department to ensure that a warrant hasn't in fact been issued for my arrest which of course it has not been.

They called me as well. With all the same info as everyone else is saying. They called my WORK and told a guy there he was a cop and needed to talk to me immediately! Funny thing is that is ILLEGAL to impersonate a cop! And the guy at my work is a retired police officer! HE WAS FUMING. I called the number back today & its been disconnected. SCAM!!!!

I GOT CALL WHILE ON VACATION WITH MY FAMILY AND AT MY FATHER HOUSE .I NEVER GAVE ANYONE THESE NUMBERS.THEY CALL THEIR SELF POLICE OFFICER.

They keep calling my work number.

They told me the SAME THING! they kne where I lived, my account numbers & the kind of car I drove. CREEPY! And they funny part. I have NEVER had a cash advance!

Called twice saying that I owed them for a "payday loan" that was never paid. Spoke broken english and stated that they were going to send someone to arrest me and take me to court to pay $6000, or I could pay him off for $729.99. Really! Thats a crock. They told me my mailing address and what they thought were my SSN and bank account numbers. These people go by the name Nationwide Investigators. Call the police. They are trying to scam you!

I have received the same call. I guess I got a HUGE cash advance from some company and have not paid it back. They are sending an arresing office down to me as I am typing this to throw me in jail. lol. I am only worried because they have my social and bank account number I swear if they take ANY money from my account I will hunt these laying scaming SOB down!!!

Called my son wouldn't tell them what it was about but it was an Officer Pat or Patterson they have a file and I canceled so they have my son's number on file and have a warrant out for his mother and if the matter was not taken care of in a timely manner than legal actions would occur and I would be going to jail! My son kept asking questions and eventually the person hung up.  My blood pressure is climbing and if this doesn't stop I am very close to having a heart attack and will make sure they pay all my bills if we can catch them!!!!
