cool dude. no scam, just asking questions about old neighbor.

This is a federal agent that does national security investigations.  He wanted info about a former coworker, but I didnt remember her too much. He wasnt pushy or anything and was easy to deal with.

government call

Called me at least three times in the afternoon, and left a voicemail once.  I called him back, no problems at all.  He is a goverment agent doing investigation. I couldn't help him, but he was nice.

Found a note on my door to call this number.  I never heard of this agency so I called the police just to be safe.  Police came to my home and were willing to stay with me as I called this person back.  The person showed up and met with me and the police.  They checked the person out and everything was good.  Not a scam at all.  Turns out my old coworker used me as a reference for a high security clearance application.

He left note on my garage door looking for someone.  I call back and he realizes I cannot help him since I'm new to Las Vegas.  He politely apologizes and goes about his business. Nice man.

This guy sent me texts and left two voicemails asking if I knew this person.  Funny thing, I ignored him because he was using my friend's real and legal name.  I totally forgot that I've known my friend for her nickname, not real name-and both names don't sound similar at all.  Well, my friend was applying for a government job and he wanted to know more about her background. Unique and pleasant experience, and the guy was willing to accomodate my busy schedule and meet me at work.

A Federal Agent called me and left two messages on my voicemail, asking about one of my old friends whom I had not seen it a few years. He had questions about my friend, and was willing to meet me in a public place.  ID and badge appeared authentic, and he "looked" like an agent.  Thankfully, he wasn't trying to be intimidating, but was rather pleasant and easy to speak with. Cool dude.

Someone left a note on my door asking me to call this number. Person works for the government and was doing a background check on a neighbor.  Couldn't help him because I didn't know the person. He was polite and was not pushy, and went about his business.

This number called me, thought it was a prank or telemarketer until he said Special Agent.  Kind of worried me, but he was nice and coureous.  Turns out he was looking for someone else and had the wrong number.

Special agent from us government looking for someone. maybe a suspect or person of interest? was well spoken and acted professional. too bad i couldnt help him with more info.

This fella called me looking for someone else.  He was doing some national security investigation and wanted to ask me questions about someone I once knew.  Nothing particularly bad, but being a former servicemember, it seemed that this was for counterintelligence purposes more than anything else.  Professional guy and was willing to meet me at a Starbucks (for my own safety).  No problems, and nothing felt suspicious about him or his intentions on speaking with me.  He even offered me job hunting tips for the government.

thought it was a scam, but it wasnt.  caller was from the government. we met and was doing a background check on my old neighbor. was kind enough to show ID and verify his employment by calling his employer and supervisor.

Call was from a special agent doing an investigation. Couln't provide the info he needed, but was courteous and polite. No hassle.

This caller left me voicemail asking if he can meet me.  Turns out to be a Special Agent doing a background check on a person in my neighborhood.  Polite and professional, and quite accomodating.  Caller was legitimate after checking his ID, etc.

left a note at my door, then managed to track me down at work. felt a bit violated and worried and was really scared i did something wrong. turns out the guy had good skills in finding people and was interested in asking me questions about a former neighbor.  he calmed my anxietes pretty well and reassured me about his intentions and purpose. i even got to call his boss and verify his employment.  pretty nice and professional guy...even if he is a fed haha.

What business has this number?

Thought this was a scam, until I met this person.  He was doing an investgation.  I verified his badge and its all legit.

woah., didnt know others got called from this guy to. i thought i be first to post about this number. i actually met this guy & he is a federal agent. cant say what he does, but if u get call from him he aint bad guy. at least for me he was very nice & profesional. he was doing national security stuff & wanted to ask me questions about someone else. i wouldnt worry about him. i only worry if i did something wrong but i never did heehee -gus

got a call from this guy too-- he does work for the government and does national security investigations for them. glad he aint investigating me, i dont wanna go to gitmo hahaha

i googled this number and found some interesting thing. appears to be a federal agency but never heard of the agency before. they seem to be background investigators but do some other national security type of stuff. i wonder if they are hiring? i got called from a number 702-210-2313 and found out this person works for the same agency that the person who has the 702-203-5230 number.. could they be the same person? or may work for the same agency? well im not calling these numbers dont want to open a can o' worms.

Wow, thats crazy! I missed a call from this number last month and no one left a message. I call it back and some person answers "special agent...". I dunno if he's FBI or something, but I just hung up. I didnt do anything wrong so I have no clue why the government would call me... I better stop using limewire or something lol

friend of mine received a call from this phone number and it turned out to be the federal goverment! freeked me out man! my friend called it but didnt leave a voicemail. he just hung up. moments later he tried to text message the number. after a few attempts, he got messages telling him to cease and desist his activities. then a week later, the feds knocked on his door! long story short, he got lucky, but man are those feds serious when people like my friend are just curious. haha he did learn not to give into his curiousity, even if he did have trouble in the beginning believing that the number was connected to the government.
