telemarketter calls me from this number after I listed car ad on craigslist where I put my ph number in ad, no big deal I guess...

I have a car listed for sale on craigslist. Just received  this call and they left no message. Thanks to the other postings here  I now know this is a scammer.

Car listed on cars.com and a couple days later this number called wating $499 for a guarantee sale of 2K over the resale value.

Placed posting for  truck and 5th wheel trailer on postfliers.com on 9-19-11; received call from 7022273889, wanting to sell my truck, was able to use #9 on cell to be removed from call list.

Got a call from this number and did not recognize it.  I have asked people interested in my Craig's List items to leave me a message.  Caller did not leaved a message and now I know why.

this guys call me cause i got a motorcicle for sale in craiglist but first they tried private but aint answer absolutly a scams i hope the FBI catch they soon!

Truck for sale on Craigs list two days ago same phone number and it also was one stop motors. called back and got a recording wanting info.I am in Colorado

Posted my vehicle on Kijiji Canada. I was really excited i seen that this number had called, i was at work and missed the call. Googled the area code and saw Nevada United States, so i did not call back. The night after that same thing, just ignoring them

I got a call from this number, it's some sort of vehicle purchasing company, I think.  One Stop Motors.

This is an autodialer. In a female voice, it claims to be able to sell the car I have advertised on Kijiji and Infomall at the moment.

I got a call from this number also.   I listed a car for sale 2 days ago on kijij.

Same thing as these say. I listed a car on Craigslist yesterday and got this call today. They hung up before I answered though.

Same thing here after posting an auto on Craig's list in VT. I didn't push any buttons either . I was hoping it was a one time call but it looks  from these postings that it might be the first.Yuck!

Great idea....I have one calling me back at 5 today.  Going to say that I have someone else willing to pay full price.  Will hold for them for $21,000 as long as they send me a money order for $2000 to hold the vehicle...

After 5 calls and no messages in two days, I called this number back. I ask why are you calling me. The guy tells me it must be a computer glitz. He must be the luckiest guy on earth he has had more calls than ever. I asked again why did you call me. He started giving me another line of B.S. I asked agian with an angry tone. Why are you calling me? His response was dont call me and stop  harrasing  me. I dont need this, you are harrassing me. I told him he was breaking the law since I'm on the do not call list. His response, leave me alone and stop harrassing me. I told him I will report the number and humg up.

I listed a car for sale on Autotrader, and had to give a phone number. This attracts scamers and con artists.

WOW--Thank God for "Google"!!!  I missed the first call from the 678-701-8027--who left me a voicemail stating his name was "Bailey" from the "Research Dept"--telling me how my listing was under Blue Book value, looks like I've had it listed a while (fyi-has only been listed a few days!) had buyers, manager even interested, will pay full value up front"...blah, blah...this guy doesn't even seem to change up his story!!  Left me 800-727-0681 as a call back number--Not going there now!!--Listed on Craigslist-
I'm noting this & encourage others to do the same...Lets put these "SCAMMERS" outta business!!!!

Just got a call from this number as well. Decided not to push any buttons on my phone, only because that would give them the indication they reached a working phone. Sounds like a complete scam. I have a vehicle listed on craigslist and in the pennysaver.

Posted a car on craigslist. The post was removed yesterday and they just called me. I assume they store all phone numbers in the auto section. They gave me an option to be removed from their list. press "9", but I doubt that's gonna deter them much. They'll probably try it again if I post a new add... Scam for sure - for anyone who was still unsure :P

Called me at 8:27pm then called back 1 minute later under "Private call". Scumbags

Like the others, called me since I have a car listed on Craigslist.  

I filed a complaint against them with the Do-Not-Call Registry.

Dang... A-holes. Get calls since listing a car on Craigslist...

Just received a call from this number two days after listing my car for sale on Cars.com

Have a couple of vehicles for sale on Craigslist.  I am in Minnesota, did not recognize the area code so I did a search on the number and here I am. 702-227-3889

Posted a travel trailer on craigslist, got a call from these people.  Filed a do not call registry complaint.
