What happened when you went to that site?

The scammers often use cell phones.  They may not have a permanant address.  They can be very hard to catch.  WalMart isn't loosing any money to the scam, so they have nothing to gain by going after the scammers.  

I hope you have cancelled the credit card.  If you haven't, call your bank and cancel the card now.  The scammer is proably spending your money right now.

I recieve the offer as part of the junk they send with my credit card bill.  I've received it so many times I've lost count.  I skimmed the offer once and found the line about a Shopping Club that will cost $49/month.  That application and all the applications since then have been thrown in the recyle bin right after they arrived.    

There are people on this thread asking for the card to be sent with them.  Apparently they don't realize its a scam EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED IT.  

I didn't get a call from the phone number being discussed in this thread.  I found this board while investingating a different phone number.  I post often when I have infomation that I think may help other people.  Apparently most of it is not being read.

Its a scam.  The $100 gift card will cost you at least $1000.

I got a email saying i could get a $250 gift card from Wall Mart just by doing a simple servey. I did it at the end i needed to pay for shipping the card,they wanted my credit card number. charging me $5:?? and my gift card would be in the mail 24 to 36 hours .3 weeks later still no card. whats a guy to do ?
