Debt collector is spoofing his/her caller ID by using this number.   Caller ID spoofing is illegal in some states.   This is a trick being used more and more often by collection agencies so they can appear to be calling from a local number....

I used an app that unmasked the true identity of the caller and it came up only as "Accounts Rcvbl".....

I was called 3 times by this number on June 3, 2013. I called the number back and a VM came on that sounded computer generated. I said the usual BS, "Your call is very important to us, please hold for the next available rep., etc." No one ever came on the line and I hung up as I didn't get a good feeling.

I don't know this person.  I was call 3 times today by this person. No voice mail .
