I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A MS. BLACK SHE WORK FOR WSA MEDIATION AND THAT I HAVE A DEBT FOR KAYS .  SHE STATED THAT IF I DID NOT PAY 30 PERCENT OF WHAT I OWE THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED FOR FRAUD, ALSO THAT THE POLICE WOULD COME TO MY JOB.  SOME HOW THEY GET AND CALL ALL FAMILY MEMBERS.  When did it become a crime to have debt.  

I CALLED THE LAS VEGAS NV POLICE DEP AND WAS FORWARDED TO ATTORNEY GENERAL. I WAS TOLD THIS IS A SCAM.  I HAVE A RECORDING AND WILL SUBMIT THIS TO THE UNIT IN NV TO CONTACT WSA

I THEN CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN MY STATE THEY STATED GIVE THEM NOTHING


CONTACT ALL AND MAKE THEM AWARE.

SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH CASE FILE# STATING FINAL DEMAND.NOTICE OF RESTITUTION [FROM JOSEPH WEINBERG] WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SEAL.PER HIS INSTRUCTION I WENT TO WALMART AND SEND THEM 200 DOLLARS. I HAVE 3 TAPE CONVERSATION WITH  HIM FOR FAKE IMPERSONATION I AM CALLING THE PROSECUTOR OFFICE IN LAS VEGASON ON THEM!!!!

Never threat I called Clark county Nv, distric Attorneys " bad checks " division in NV. They said they do not work this way they don't prosecute post dated checks, payday loans, etc. It is not a crime to owe a debt. The Attorney generals office we called today in Nevada said the same thing we have reported them and they said its a scam. They are not allowed to use those tactics when collecting a debt, also that if you have these messages on voicemail or recorder then if they are a real collection agency not a money scammer then it would void your debt with them for breaking the fair debt collection practices act ( F.F.D.C.P.A). They also told me that you cannot be prosecuted for loans its in NO way criminal, just civil and if you ever get takin to court ( civil ) play the tape.lol.....Sharon Wright you are a FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!.......I know your company reads these things you check ur reviews online through your number because you have FAKE names and FAKE company with no information that checks out. I have reported you and am leaving this message on all websites I can find....Oh and by the way the Prosecutor in Vegas was PERSONALLY going to check on you they have ways to trace you they said..

Here is what I want to do. Send them a cease and desist letter by certified mail and also send a process server after them ( should cost me 75 bucks for the process server).

Then I am going to take them to small claims court and sue them for the maximum allowable by law in my state.

I'll bring to court my cell phone records showing that they called numerous times. And the judge will award me a lot of money.

In fact, anytime a scammer calls me, I am going to take them to court. Some states small claims courts  allow a claim up to $10,000.

This is a true scam wsa is the company name Sharon wright ext136 and Thomas ext140. They are on a another call or stepped away from her desk at 11 and 12 o'clock midnight.
