SCAM!!! They called saying they were "Nevada Power" and that we were behind on our utility payments. No such company, and we're on auto-pay haha. They could easily rip people off who don't know any better.

Phone number called our tattoo shop and said they were going to disconnect our power in 45 minutes if we didn't pay the overdue balance of $750.25.  Said he was the NV Disconnect department. I told him I would call to verify with NV Energy and he assured me they would forward my call back to him.  I called back and he was ready to take my payment, and I exposed him after I confirmed with NV Energy and he hung up and blocked my number.  Called from other numbers and he changed his name every time for a disconnect department.

also got the recorded message.i called and got a recording from all motors.a women called back and stated that her husband would call me back after i told her that i also have my bike listed on the dealerships web site that i work for

Just got the call from them.. just some other company trying to squeeze you for a few hundred bucks to advertise your stuff when its out there enough for them to find it.

It's a scam all the same and they're the second to call me trying to do this.

Recorded message, young male voice.  Said "if your motorcycle is still for sale, call 702-430-9909, then hung up.

They called me too. I told them yeah lets go for it until I told them my bike was previously owned by steve mcquen and  his estate must have their presidents name and home phone so that they can be verified as to the legitamacy of their business. They hung up.

Ok, that explains it, must be a company finding my ad on craigslist & trying to offer their services to sell it.

I received a message to call this number because my motorcycle is listed for sale in the Pennysaver.

I also received a recorded message to call this number because my motorcycle is for sale on cycle trader.  I have learned to look up the numbers on the internet before I call back.

Just got the same call - I also have a truck for sale and have someone similar call three times stating that had people interested in buying trucks and would help me sale the truck for a small fee. question - did all of you advertise on Craigslist?

Hate to tell you, but when you put your number out for people to call you the do not call does not apply

they keep calling with a prerecorded message about a car I had on craigslist, advertising their services. Very annoying. They've called 5 or 6 times now, from a couple different numbers

There must be some kind of loophole regarding unsolicited calls when you are on the do not call registry.  This is the 2nd outfit that has done the exact same routine.  They basically ask you to call them, THEN you get the sales pitch.  I think that takes them off the hook.  If you ask me, it is still unsolicited.  I don't want you calling me selling me your crap, OR asking me to call you so you can sell me your crap.  I put up the ad because I want people calling me to BUY MY crap!

Exactly.. The samething happened to me.. I mean come on I am trying to sell my bike.. I dont have time for peoples scams lol

actually she explained it to me also and you do get a lot of advertising for the price.

Same thing - Left a message to call 702-430-9909.
I called back & the nice lady explained to me that they are a motorcycle advertising company that will help target sell it for me using many different advertising channels.  All that for a one time low price of $275.

Got the same call that everyone else has but i actualy called back and left my name and number and got a second call from that number but couldnt answer the phone due to an emergency run but got a voicemail with a contact name this time. What do i have to be aware of? They havent offered me money nor asked me for money so ill play for a little while.

I got a call on my cell phone from 702-430-9909 which is a Las Vegas number.  Pre-recorded message was left on my voicemail simply saying, "If your motorcyle is still for sale, please call 702-430-9909".  That was it.  Obviously it's a marketing scheme of some type.  If a person were actually interested in buying my bike, they would at least leave their name.

I hate calls like this.  Just a huge waste of my time.
