So here is the information on the company calling you and a telephone number for the owner's cellphone. Feel free to give him a call and a piece of your mind... Maximum Security Alarm / Sacramento / Andrew Higgins. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California (1010 Hurley Way, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA 95825). Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his [removed:lang] brother David Higgins and their  [removed:lang] father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level. You can reach the owner Andy Higgins on his cellphone @ 916-223-6311. He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry. I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that. The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government's allegations, which have not yet been proven.

On February 5, 2013, the State of Missouri filed a petition for preliminary and permanent injunctions, restitution, civil penalties and other court orders against Maximum Security Alarm. The petition alleges, in part, that Maximum Security Alarm engaged in a pattern of outbound telephone calls violating Missouri's No-Call List Laws by contacting telephone lines placed on Missouri's Telemarketing No-Call List in an attempt to solicit customers for home security systems. The petition also alleges that Maximum Security Alarm caused the telephone to ring repeatedly in an annoying, abusive or harassing manner by soliciting consumers after they had made known they did not wish to receive calls and utilized methods to circumvent caller identification services. The petitions seeks to enjoin Maximum Security Alarm from making telephone solicitations to those who have placed themselves on Missouri's No-Call List, require MSA to pay $5,000 per violation of the No-Call List Laws, pay the state for all investigative and prosecution costs, and to pay the State of Missouri an amount equal to 10 percent of the total restitution ordered against Defendant. FINALLY I tracked down these jerkwads....you can reach them by dialing 925-420-1419 and hitting 1.  You will be directed to a human who will try to sell you on a "free" alarm system which you pay a monthly charge for monitoring.  The company is Maximum Security Alarms and the call center is located at 1010 Hurley Way, Suite #525, Sacramento, California  95825.  A second number for them which is their operations center and will be answered by a human (Rebecca among others) is 916-437-0900.  They are very helpful in that the telemarketers that have no regard for the law, the do not call registry or your time are the idiots in Sacramento.

If you have been relentlessly harassed by this company, feel free to give them a call.  If you plan to  be aggressive over the phone (I'm not suggesting that), I would recommend you dial *67 first so that your number is not displayed on their caller ID.  Kind of like the same crap they do to us.

Let's give them a little of their own medicine and perhaps they will finally get the message.

They keep calling me twice a day with 2 different number, 702-520-5273 and the other number is 458-201-0297.  They are wanting to put a sign in the yard for a free alarm system.  Both of these numbers say the same thing.

This is the EXACT same robocall as from 701-671-9269.  Which is linked to "Stay Safe Security" with a number of 214-206-9623.

Andrew Higgins has been playing this scam for years.  Google his name and Maximum Security and you will see he's been denying the continued calling for at least the past 4 years.  He is in my opinion a LIAR and now that people have his number (literally) he whines like a baby...complains people are threatening him, his family and his business.  Old saying Andypoo....If you can't stand the heat get out of the fire.  You bring this upon yourself by skirting the laws and bothering people.

Andy's cell number is 916-223-6311.  He will deny his company calls anyone but I believe he lies like a rug.  I intend to call this number 10 times for every call I get from his crappy alarm company.

Pressing either number will not stop the calls so I pressed 1 to talk to a SCAMMER.
However after pressing 1 the line was just "dead Air".

I think these SCAMMERS are "Chicken" to talk with me anymore 'cause I have cost them, money by tying up their callers, giving them the SCAMMER HORN, and playing my YouTube cussing Rant for them.

Maybe if these callers could get a real job they could get the "Feathers" out of their mouths and elsewhere.

I did not answer the call as it calls every day.  It is obviously a telemarketer as it is calling my personal unlisted cell phone number.

I have gotten to the point where I turned off my answering machine. After 10 rings you get a recording saying to enter your access code. I have sat and listened to a call ring for 10x and then actually call back a 2nd time. People who need to contact me know my cell. I just do not answer my phone anymore if I don't recognize the number. The Do Not Call List is an absolute waste of time and taxpayer money.

Everyone that gets these calls should tell them to come on out,you would love to have the system installed,and when they do say you changed your mind.This is what i have done and a  Mgr. will call while the installer is standing there,you tell him what is going on,then the calls will stop.It does work!

They are now calling my cell phone.  It is very aggregating when I'm at the office. Pressing '9' to remove my name seems to do nothing.  I'm tired of it!!!!

Peter,  this caller is much like the alarm systems callers.  Maybe even the same ones.  However, they are not on the up and up and obviously  ignore Do Not Call Registry.  Unfortunately the Registry works on the honor system and there is not much of that with these scofflaws...

702-520-5273 .... This is getting more and more interesting as it goes along. There is another company soliciting for interest in Illinois using Robo calls (but alleging to save money on your Ameren Energy Bill) the same that THIS alarm company is doing. Both of them say "Press 2 to be removed from the call list" but that NEVER does anything. I've blocked their numbers but they keep calling back under different phone numbers.

This is VERY VERY suspicious because I report them to the FCC "EVERY" time and the "FCC" does NOTHING. And the calls are now to the point that it's "harassment" and criminal activity. It should be interesting to note that the FCC Chief was a colleague of Barak Obama while in college. Likewise, it's interesting to note that Barak Obama hand picked the FCC Chief for his position. Of course, this guys administration is obviously doing NOTHING about this continued harassment so you have to use different channels to make something happen.

One thing you CAN do is contact your phone company and find out what their procedure for security is. When these companies continue to attempt to call you even though you've blocked them,,,that's when you can get something done about it.

The person the name of the company was called secure America. But would not give me the number from where she was calling. Said she was out of the country. SO WHAT WE HAVE TO DO IS FILE WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ON LINE. If we can get enough people to file they will do something about it. This company name as nothing to do with The Secure America you see on line.

Call my job 24/7. use foul language when i ask to be removed from the list. make the selection to removed from the list. it says i will be removed within 72 hours. I am never removed.

These people call my work all day every day. Every time I speak to someone I get hung up on, they use foul language, name call. How do I get them to stop??
