I kept getting these calls and it usually only rang twice, but I caught it yesterday and this guy, Shane Taylor, (I guess), told me a lot of accurate information about my phone bill. If he's not actually a real representative of AT&T, how did he get that info? Now I'm worried. If he's a con artist, he must have hacked into AT&T computers somehow. How do I file that FCC 1088?

called, hung up when I gave my standard greeting "law office."
Guess they don't want to talk to lawyers. When I called the number back, I got the voicemail of "Shane Taylor."
Caller ID said" ATT Partner. These scumbags call often. Yes, Shane Taylor, you are a scumbag.

Caller identified himself as Rus, an AT&T rep, calling to renew an already exiting account that I have. I knew it was fishy because the contract renews automatically each year, and I've never gotten this call before. When asked if he could send me more info, he hung up. I called the number, and a voice mail recording Shane Taylor picked up.
