They call, leave no message; I do not know any one in Nevada, so this is some tele-marketing or other pesty service so....beware!

I got a call from this number last night at 11:57.  They called again today. I called it back, some woman named Jasmine answered and said it was a cab company. I asked her why she would call me at midnight. She told me if I was rude, then she would not take my number off the list and they would call me everyday.  SERIOUSLY????  She's threatening me????  Where can I report this???

If the calls annoy you, call them back and tell them you want you name and number removed from all calling lists. Even if they have your number because you contacted them at one time about their services, you tell them you never signed up and you have no idea how they got your number. You tell them you have no interest whatsoever in having starting an LLC or any kind of corporation. That's one of only two ways of getting them to quit calling. The other way is to start an LLC through them!

If you actually want to create an LLC for yourself, then Nevada is the best state to do it in. You can have a Nevada LLC even if you don't live there; you just do it this way because it's tax free and you drastically reduce your risk of being sued. All business owners are targets for lawsuits. Nevada law protects business owners better than any other state.

Although I am sure Karen meant to be helpful here her message is highly incomplete. Even if your business is located in the Republic of California it is still highly beneficial to have a NV corporation to Significantly reduce your CA tax Liability.Example when I sold my CA business I was able to reduce my CA tax liability by over $800,000 and these doesn't even broach the issues of asset protection that will be available to you through your NV corp that you will not be able to get from your CA corp. Go see a pro to get sound advice.

These guys NEVER give up even when you tell them you aren't interested.  They are a company specializing in helping people w/ corporations and being a general pain in the butt!!

You're right, they don't seem to want to leave a message- i told my guy there it makes them look bad.

Actually it is a company in NV that will incorporate your business (dunno how good they are).  However, it does you no good in California as CA does not acknowledge being inc'd in other states.  You still get taxed...your business has to be physically in NV to not get taxed.

I received the same call after I had called about incorporating my business in Nevada and about obtaining business credit for my firm without using my personal credit score.  It is a totally legitimate call.  PS I am NOT a representative of this company! :-)

The caller left no message on my cell phone.  I don't know who it was.
