I got a few calls from this number but never a message left.Sometimes the caller ID displays Miracle Flights and sometimes NOT_AVAILABLE. I do not accept calls from fund raisers (BTW they call from overseas now). I donate thru the company i work for because the match.

This may be a worthy cause, or just a fund-raiser for the CEO's of Ford and GM flying to Washington, DC for a Bailout-Beg-A-Thon.  Either way, I'm not calling the number back to verify because it's not Toll-Free.

I get calls from this number a few times a week. No message is ever left. It is starting to get annoying.

RECEIVED UNKNOW CALLER WHO DIDN'T SPEAK AT ALL, JUST STAYED ON THE LINE.  THE PHONE NUMBER WAS 702-895-7958.   I AM A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT AS IS MY HUSBAND.

I guess you've never heard of a call center or have any idea of how they work. Multiple organizations hire the same call center (telemarketer) to handle their calls. It's very possible that a collection agency AND a charity like Miracle Flights use the same telemarketer.

Having said that, I will never knowingly donate to a charity that telemarkets. If they don't respect my entry on the federal Do Not Call list, they don't get my money - it's that simple. It may be legal for them to call but it's still unethical, and they pay the price by losing my donations.

Miracle Flights number is 702-261-0494. Could be a scammer be careful.

while most organizations take an administrative fee from the donations - you are wrong tgh - there is one organization that 100% of donations goes to the project; distrubution of Scriptures around the world as well as in Motels and Hotels - Gideons International - the administrative costs are paid by the members (Gideons & Auxiliary) with their annual dues - if you would like to know more about them www.gideons.org  :o)

Miracle Flights is a very legitimate organization. I have donated small amounts to them for years.

This is NOT Miracle Flights.  Rather, it's a collection agency.  So if you are getting a zillion calls a day?  PAY YOUR BILL.  Calls will magically go away.  

To Slam an awesome organization like Miracle flights just shows the whole world what a true SCUMBALL you are.  Obviously, you are already a deadbeat.  

In regards to the paltry 16% that goes to administrative costs of Miracle Flights?  If you had a brain cell in your head, you would realize that no organization can operate on a 0% expense principal.

Hopefully, you will burn a slow death in hell.  Even that, is too good....

Also, if 84% of all donations go to sick children, where does the rest go?  Probably into Pinetree's pocket...

If I don't pick up after the thousandth time you call me, take a hint. Stop calling. I'm not interested and resent the persistence. Because they call me so much I will never, ever donate.

MiracleFlights, you've got these planes and pilots. Fly away. Be somewhere else other than on my Caller ID. Anywhere else will do. Anywhere at all. Over the Pacific, in a headwind, in stormy conditions with empty fuel tanks would be best. Extra points if you can do it over a large school of sharks. Take your phones with you.

I am familiar with this organization. I have donated more than once. Their pilots do not charge for their service.
