Mine was a hang-up call on my landline this morning.  Caller ID said Virginia above the number.  I don't answer calls l don't recognize.  After checking this website, l always report them to the DNC registry.  These scam calls are getting out of control.  I'm reporting at least one every day, and getting very tired of it.

I received a call from this # & they claimed to be a credit agency calling to inform me on some things on my account which I haven't opened and informed him of that and he quickly said have a good day and hung up....beware of this #

I just received a call from this number and got the same recording from Heather.  I stayed on until I got a real person and told them to stop calling.  As soon as I said that the phone went dead.  I called the number back and got a recording that the number had been disconnected.  I also did an online search of the number and found out that it belongs to Zeta Associates in Fairfax, Va.  I filed a complaint with the FCC/DoNotCall and I advise everyone else to do the same.  These people are scammers and need to be stopped.

Received call from 703-267-2342 on 4/23/2014 at 2:55pm CT.  It did not leave a message.

calls every day even though i press 2 to opt of out their calls... AND am on the DNC list.
how do i get it to stop?

Lisa, That just proves the caller is not calling from the number displayed on Caller ID. It's obvious this is a scam, probably coming for outside of the U.S.A.

Received call but did not pick up.  The caller did not leave a message.

Well, since my "reply" didn't go under the message I was replying to, I'll post that message so my message doesn't look ridiculous.  
My original reply to the message below:
"Thanks for the explanation.  I read that it was Zeta Associates Inc., and looked up the website.  While I am a college grad and looking for a job, I am in no way qualified to work with any defense information systems.  lol"

I have since blocked the phone number.

These calls are in no way related to Zeta Associates or its core business. I also got a call on my cell phone. No message. So much for the DNC list or telemarketers not being able to call your cell phone! Whoever these people are who do nothing but call and hang up are real sickos!

Received a call from this number, left no message, returned call to get a recording saying the number was disconnected.  Further research show the number once belonged to Zeta Associates, which they had disconnected due to it being hijacked but a robo-dialer. I guess these call will continue to be made until the provider can track down the calling party which is not Zeta Associates.

Had this number blocked on my cell phone, but I guess they are back! I am also getting a lot of scam calls and the caIler ID says private number.  It is a survey about violence kids watch, press 9 to electronically sign their petition.  I don't  think so!!

This post peaked my curiosity because I received an incoming call from 703-267-2342 at 9:29 am and returned the call at 9:54 am and got a recording saying it's disconnected.  ????????????

Called my Cell 15 mins ago. Hung up leaving no voice mail.

Received a phone call from this number saying they can reduce my credit card interest rates on up to three credit cards. The caller which card had the highest balance and what was the expiration date. I hung up. They called back and I didnt answer. I tried to call back to press #2 to keep them from calling back, the number has disconnecte... SCAM SCAM SCAM

Phone Number Of The Company located at 10304 Eaton Pl Ste 500, Fairfax, Virginia, United States.
Received this caller on home phone, did a search and found the address for said company. Call went to answering machine and was never answered and no message left.

i just call back and then the message was the phone number 703-267-2342 has been disconnected.
he/she holds up voicemail for 6 minutes but left no message? what an axxhole.
