THESE PEOPLE CALL 2 OR 3 TIMES A DAY.  THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY BEEN TOLD TO STOP CALLING AND STILL WON'T.  I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC SO HOPEFULLY THEY CAN MAKE IT STOP!!!

My phone will ring once, maybe twice, then stops. Whenever I can catch it befor it stops ringing, there is no one there. It's almost as if their automated system that calls me is not working properly. It is annoying!!!

I had to call this number back to get info.  Got a recorded message, man's voice, stating they were Strategic Fundraising for charity or political.  To be put on "outbound do not call list" had to presss 0 (zero) and enter my phone number.  Called 4 times in one day and all were hang ups!

This is a new number from the phishing phone creeps!  They will call again soon, with a different number, location, and sales pitch.  
It is probably part of the "Heather" group.  For more info on this, google "Stop Heather".  This group has been in action for several years and nobody has been able to track them down, stop and prosecute them.
Contacting authorities, filing complaints and using a blow horn in the ear piece is useless against these yahoo's.  I've tried everything... Nothing!

They keep calling! Why can't they be stopped??

Phone rang twice and disconnected, left no message.

Every day and sometimes more than once a day this number calls and I don't know who they are or know the number. i would like to have these calls stopped. from this number 703-291-9022  they never leave a message so as far as i'm concerned they don't know me or have any business with me.

they keep calling and the calls are coming in later and later- three times or more a day. I never answer but its a pain. Who are they? Why are they calling me?

calls, no message.  call back gets Strtegic Fund Raising recording that tells you how to get off their list at the end of the message.  it does work.  

they called many times the worst being 18 times in 2 1/2 hrs. last Thursday.  the calls faded and stopped by saturday.

They call everyday, I never answer. We are on the do no call list.

Block them, I did four months ago after weeks of constant daily calls, haven't had a single one since.

I made a return call to the number and received an automated message telling me that the call was placed by Strategic Fundraising, a telefundraising company that sells its services to both political and non-profit organizations.  So while it's possible that some folks here received a call from Strategic Fundraising on behalf of the National Rifle Association, there are numerous other culprits.

The automated message invites callers to input their ten-digit phone number for the purpose of opting out of future calls.  I'm somewhat skeptical it will work, but I doubt I'll receive more calls than I already am.

You can also opt out by submitting your telephone number to the company's online Do Not Call Website: http://www.strategicfundraising.com/DNC.aspx.

NRA constant calls without leaving message. Exercised my 2nd Amendment rights-got my gun and shot the phone! Nah, just put a block on the number. Gun Owners of America is my preferred organization.

These calls have been coming in multiple times during the day for the past 7 or 8 months...It is very frustrating...

I called the number & got a recording giving a Do not call list so I entered my home phone #. I called on my cell as previously seen on here stated. It said within 48 hours the calls would stop. We'll see......

Just called my cell.  It's the NRA looking for members.  Unusual area code - I suspect they're using a google voice account.

Don't know what company has this phone number now but it was in 2008 some Dish tv company.
I'm on the do not call list & guess they'll have to be reported.  I do not have to call a number back to get removed, I'm on the do not call list, so I can report the number (as if it does any good).

(3) Enter your phone number (###) ### - ####

And, that's it! Your number will be removed by 48hrs time.
