they call about lowering my credit cards and tell me i have great credit..which is far from true..i spoke with one girl asked how she knew if i had credit cards and she hung up on me..i called the number back and got a static recording and i removed my number..not even 10mins later they called again..i spoke with another girl and she said they were client services..so ive dne some research and am tring to get another number to call the company..im havein a really bad day and they are pissin me off...so who are they really???

I was frustrated with these calls and idiots that I decided to join them in their game.  Ever time they call (caller ID), I go to my stero system and blast them with the volume!!!  The calls have diminished.

These people are scumbags.  An automated voice claims they are "Cardholder Services", then asks you to hit 1 to talk with someone.  They have no idea what credit cards you have or your situation yet want you to share this info.  They get nasty really fast if you question their motives.   I'm on the do not call list but have gotten calls from them for several years.

Claiming to be Automotive Warranty. Do not give out any personal information. I have requested to be taken off from the list 3 times. 2 times manually, and the 3rd time to a rep. I am still being called. The call is coming from VA. This concerns me, because I JUST switched my phone number and I do not fill out anything online providing my cell phone number.

703-291-9045 called saying they could lower my credit card rates, then proceeding mining for all my credit card information. When I told them that my credit card was at its limit and couldn't be used anymore I was hung up on. Definitely credit card phishing.

Recieved a call from this company today. They stated that they were calling from Cardmember Services. Since I do actually have a credit card whose customer service uses the name Cardmember services I took the call. He was stating that they could lower the interest rates on all of my credit cards if I had over $5000 in credit card debt. I asked what the catch was and he stated that the only thing I had to do was make all of my monthly payments on time. Since it sounded fishy I told him that I would have to research his company and to contact me back at a later date. I mean, what 3rd party company is actually going to lower your interest rate without strings attached other than paying on time? I am glad that I did research it to see that it is a scam. I have now blocked this number so he can call me back all he likes......

Number is from a call center in VA. It is owned by Level 3 communications out of CO. Called them and was given the complaint number. 877-877-0648 This number only gave information on how to subpena them, I will be turning this info over to the State's Attorney General's office, if that is the only info they give I will put it to use.

I going to get to the bottom of this as they keep calling. I am planning to take a trip to Jefferson Davis HWY in Triangle VA to find this buisiness and when I do, I will start posting all there information on the web so that we can start calling them.

Was rudely interrupted by cold call informing me of my car warranty expiring.  Strange...since I don't have an automobile.  I had a group meeting with Sgt. Joe Friday regarding the situation and hes tells me quote:  "Those cold call people are just no good hoodlums.  How could they interrupt innocent people during dinner?"  "This is a job for The National Do Not Call Center.  Officer Bill Gannon and Joe Friday informed me that I should block these hoodlums from calling on my telephone.  I am taking their advice.  Cold calls, telesales, phone aliens.  It doesn't matter what you call them...they're BAD NEWS!  Thank you officer Gannon and Friday.  You may have saved my life.

Called at 9:30 pm and I am on the no call list.  When I answered the phone a man immediately stated that the call was about a warranty that was about to expire and before I could ask him what warranty he immediately connected me to a recording.  Finally after waiting 3 to 5 minutes I simply hung up.
