This man has called me 4 times. Claims to have worked with me and becomes very graphic in his description of what he would like to do with, in, and on my butt. Have reported him to the police...will ask for criminal charges today.

called on sept 19th,@6:25 am ,said he worked with me at walmart and said he used to kid me about my big a:: and what he was going to do with it.

He has changed his phone number. He is now using Cingular Wireless instead of Boost Mobile. His new number is 704-964-4225. Looks like he is making the round again with a new number but the same boring routine!

Did your law enforcement people do anything? Mine seem to be dragging their heels.

Called again at 7:10 tonight. He kept asking the same question over and over. When I asked him if he wanted me to call the police, he hung up on me. Oh well, I did record the conversation this time. LOL!

I am going to keep reporting this guy until the s.o.b. is stopped. He called me again today at 3:46pm. When I answered he asked, "Did you get your fonky a** up?" I responded by asking if he had gotten his little d*** out of his pants and hung up. He immediately called back. This time I answered the phone by saying, "I am calling the police," and hung up. He has not called back. I called the police. The officer that took the original complaint was not working this weekend. The officer that I spoke to said he didn't want to step on the original officer's toes since he didn't know what has already been done in this case. I am to call back on Monday at 3pm when the officer is on duty. I called the phone company and the most that I can do is register the complaint again (for the 3rd time) online as their office is also closed until Monday. I will continue this until the jerk is caught. I am taking it all the way and pressing charges. Enough is enough.

He must have called you right after he called me. When he started with his "Guess who this is?" I knew who it was. Told the other person in the room with me so they guy on the phone could hear that is it was the "guy with the little d***, again." He hung up. I have filed a second complaint with the phone company, and I am going to file a 3rd complaint with police department.

I have been receiving calls from this idiot as well. Call the Shelby Police. File a complaint. The more people that come forward and file, the more likely they are to get a court order to get the name and address from his wireless phone service and arrest him.

My mother got a very similar call from this guy last night.  It was very upsetting for her.  I'm curious what area he is in?  We live near Charlotte...wonder if he is close by????

got the sae nasty call. Only I called the police. I gave them this webpage. Hopefully, my law enforcement will do something. They have never let me down before. If there is an actual crime they can subpoena the phone records! The guy who was threatened PLEASE go to the police!!! That will get something done.

I received a call from this man on November 26,2009 @ 7:33 AM.  The same tone of conversation and subject as the rest of you have received.  My question, if the police do not help you who is left?  This is truly harrassement and I do not appreciate it one little bit!!!!  After so many people have been called, it is time to stop this idiot...he needs a job, like working on a chain gang cleaning up our roadways!

he has been calling my friends mom and saying the same things that he has said to you guys... I called just to try to find out who he was and he keep talking about having sex with me. I think he has boost mobile. My husband has boost and it starts with the same numbers. I hope that with that little bit of help someone can bring this guy down

this man has called my mom several times   talking nasty ,asking about her panty and bra sizes,, told her address..said he used to work with her at FoodLion..... I the son called him back ...he sounds like a black man ... very  irrate conversation.. threatened to shoot me and all my family..phone is registered in Ranlo ,, but he said he lived in Shelby...someone needs to do something about this !!!!

My Mom received a terrible phone call from this pervert this morning,(Nov.19th)at 7:00am, He said some pretty disturbing things. Obviously this guy has problems and needs to be reported. I plan to see what I can do.

I called the city police and reported this. Maybe if everyone here called them and reported this phone number, they would do something about it.

I got 3 phone calls back to back tonight between 7:30 and 7:47. He gave me the name Rick Lowry when pressed for a name. Said he knew me and that if I think about the last place I worked I would remember because he was always looking at my big butt. He said that he had known me for 10 years. Impossible because I had not been living in NC for 10 years. Said he worked as a driver for a department store and wanted to know what size pants I wore. His conversation became more and more graphic and obscene as time went on. Told him I was gay and that didn't even slow him down. However, telling him that I was calling the police seems to be keeping him from calling back. I did call the police and an officer came by. Said he was going to the station to call the number and let the person who answered it know that a complaint has been made. So...we shall see. I would if I should call the police back and give them the website address so that they can see that this guy has a serious problem.

I called back this number after he had called my mother-in-law and said nasty stuff. Some guy answered the phone and when I confronted him about it, he just hung up. My mother-in-law reported him to the Sheriff dept. last week, and was told they would investigate. So far, they've been useless. This perv needs to get the help he's so obviously asking for. Like jail.
