finally got someone to talk to me after weeks of daily calls.
The company name is
Global Contact Services
there contact number is 888-665-9900
I asked them to put me on their do not call list and to mail me their dnc policy. By law, they are required to send it to me. Maybe we all should call them several times a day and play their game. Call, hang up, etc...
If everyone calls and requests a copy of their dnc policy maybe they stop calling...

been recg calls from this number for several weeks. i let it go to V-M but they do not leave a message.
note been recg other supposedly Bank of America and I called them and asked these cease within reasonable time or I'll start closing accounts but make sure letter to CEO knows my reason. BofA promised action within 30 days---been 11 now.
person w/suggestion to get dnc policies mailed ---not e-mailed--may be good idea, although then they have your address---unless a "non-address" is supplied.

It is someone claiming to be with Bank of America. It is a scam.
