debt collector violating the basic rules...they call at 1 am in the morning!!!

Credit Bureau, a collection agency from Canada, they do not have license to operate anywhere in the usa.....they call 8 times a day ! I already reported this to the FTC.

This is a Debt Collector located in Canada, they do not have license to operate in the USA, and they are violating the Debt Collectors Fair Act. They call Saturday nights or even at 3 am in the morning!
