Not just Dalton, but a whole slew of other cities in GA have this area code, to include Rome, Athens, Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Calhoun, Armurchee, Summerville etc etc etc...........  This number, like all numbers used by scammers are SPOOFED numbers.  The call is NOT coming from the number you are seeing.

I got a call from same number. I have become adept at handling these type of calls. When they told me that I had won a Walmart gift cert, I said.." Really, well, I work at Walmart corporate and I have not been made aware of this promotion...what's your name and who do you work for ?"  Obviously they couldn't hang up fast enough.

You think you did something special. All you were was an insignificant little gnat to them. It cost them $10 to change their phone number. So, you maybe put them outta biz for like maybe 3 minutes. You're the one that wasted your time.

This number keeps calling me...I answered it after repeated calls...and asked them to take me off there list...the guy said it was not possible...I asked why...he said because he would keep calling and calling me.....so I said *&#@ you and hung up...will have an caned air horn next to the phone waiting.....Oh boy...hehe.....!!!!

Caller ID was "    UNASSIGNED."  Presumed telemarketer.

They keep calling me and when it picked up the man wanted my name and info he said I called him he didn't call me -scam

Just Called. Long distance connection - probably India. Guy said  calling from "________ Casuality". He had my name. I asked him to repeat who he was and he hung up. Wierd.

They don't take you off list. They are scammers.

I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission (877) 382 4357. They took down my information and will investigate. I also called Walmart and they do not have any $100 gift card promotions. I called my cell phone provider to block the number from calling. REPORT the number to the FTC!!!!!!

This number just called and identified himself as calling from the United States Security Department.  When I questioned him, if he really was part of the US Government and who he was, he hung up.  The accent was non-native American English speaking.

Caller ID says Dalton GA They did not leave a message.

i recommend using mr. number... it's an android app. you can set it to block a number... i used it to block this number. the nice thing is, that when they call, it automatically hangs up on them. i'd suggest using it than dealing with these annoying b****eads.

FCC NEEDS TO MAKE UNSOLICITED CALLS ILLEGAL. THEY ARE HARASSING & COST CALLERS MONEY TO BLOCK!

I get at least 6 calls a day from this number, I have requested to be removed from call list, That did not happen. Since then I put them on call blocker, I recommend you do the same as they will never stop these ROBO-calls. Good Luck

This caller is a nemesis to society. Obvious telemarketing scammer. Exhausted free web search to identify the unsolicited source. We should all email blast/social media alert everyone on FB, Tweeter, Tumblr, etc. to get this "a**" to stop. If known anyone in or around Georgia (Athens, Augusta, Dahlonega, Dalton) please seek their assistance in securing some information on this. Good luck to us all

This number calls me 6 to 10 times a day and im tried of it. These people need to be stoped. I'm declining these calls all the time. Cant beleave they call so many times a day.

These people are claiming to be gathering info from home owners regarding security of their home.
I had to get loud with them to advise them to take my number out of their system or I Would report them!!

Calls me multiple times throughout the day. When I answered the first time he asked me if i wanted information about getting continued education (?), i said no, now he just calls and hangs up. When i call back it is a recording for a Wal-Mart gift card. Im looking into filing a lawsuit, because the attorneys can hire private invetigators to find these guys.

This number tried to give me a walmart gift card. But of course they need your credit card number. Usually they call and hang up. I've been asked to be put on the do not call list twice but they still call. Huge scammers.

They call daily and 3 times on Dec 18th!! This is my business phone! They need to stop!

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past 3 months - averaging 4 a day.  Tried putting a block on it through US Cellular in my phone - still they got trough today. Am at a loss on what more to do.
