Thick foreign accent stating he is calling about my Windows computer.   I hung up.

I finally answered the call coming from this number and its some sort of computer company saying that they noticed I was having issues and error reports from my computer and they could help me fix... I advised them that I had taken care of the problem and no longer needed their help... Bottom line I believe they were trying to sell me something. The individual on the phone had a foreign accent. I hung up the phone, I hope not to receive any other calls.

Constant calls from this number and other Georgia numbers. It seems that when I block 1, I get 2-3 more from this area. Please can someone tell me how to stop this?
