this # has called our business 6 times today so far. Every time we answer there is no one on the line and disconnects within 10 seconds of us saying hello. We are on the do not call list. Just shows up as Hartwell, GA on our caller ID

I get a call everyday from this phone # then they hang up. When I call back always get a busy signal. How do they get away with it? If my company did that we would be shut down in no time!!

Talked to my answering machine. Vioulated 'Do Not Call' list which appears to be a compete waste of time and more taxpayer money thrown down the toilet.

As others noted, the caller had a thick accent, the call was echoey with lots of background noise, and they hung up as soon as I asked them to take me their call list.
They have also called me from -1777, -1778, and -1779, so looks like they're just getting new numbers when the old ones get reported.
And be wary of abusing scammers, they know your name and number, and have greater opportunities for retribution than you do.
