Call received on cell phone - no one replies when I answer

recvd call from this number asking for me by name. i am also on do not cal registry. they dont seem to care. wish they would get fined for bothering us.

Calls and hangs up,over,and over

This number called, I answered, I said hello twice, the caller hung  up on first hello. Who and why don't the caller leave a msg stating they got wrong#, anything, so I know Why I received this call?

They just called me - and it's from some travel company, who received my name and phone number from the Wisconsin Golf Show (which I attended THREE years ago).  I was "pre-qualified" for a $400 travel credit, bringing my entire travel package for 4 people down to $199 - at which point I kindly told him I was not interested.  All in all - someone who bought a really old list from some tradeshow / public event and is just now getting around to stalking the unfortunate people on that list!

All of these numbers that call are linked.  So.....DO NOT call these numbers back.  DO NOT answer when they call.  After a few "no responses" they'll stop.

I too am getting calls from this number.  DO NOT call back!!!!  DO NOT answer!!  It should stop after a few times with no response.

Someone keeps calling from this number and there is no response and no answer when the call is returned.

Got 2 calls from this number today.  I didn't answer either of the calls.  No voicemails were left.  Number blocked with Google Voice.

I put this number on my cell phone rejection list. Some crazy guy called me 8 times within just now. Very annoying. Sick of those type of calls.

i just got this cell no. and now got a scam i believe, i called it goes to voicemail.i going to call att cell and report this no. fcc.

Same thing - someone called my cell - it rang 3 times. I picked it up and no one answered. Weird. I am also on a do not call list so WTF?

Just got the same call...they asked for someone but I couldnt make out the name so I told them it was the wrong number. They called again today and I didnt answer, but now I'm getting suspecious....

I just received the same call.  Level 3 is based out of Coudersport PA.  It is a phone/cable company.

I am receiving calls from the same number if anyone finds out who it is ease let me know. I think it is a scam tryi g to find a certain demographic to talk to if they get a you g sounding voice they hang up.

They keep calling me ans I dont  answer. Today 9/8/12 a guy kept saying my name. Then a girl in the background said hang up.  Again.,The guy  was saying my name.  When. Said the f **k. And hang up
