Caller ID says "Vandall Communi" at this number. I answered the land-line and said "Vandall Communications??"
The man said to that statement "Whoops, I have the wrong number." And then he hung up.
I anticipate more prank calls now. I think this call is a lead-in to more.
FYI: Following the illegal domestic phone spying during the Bush years, I do NOT use AT&T for anything. They were fired by me, their corporate ethics found lacking in integrity. I suspect that this call has leads to AT&T, if I were to follow them.
Give this a look, for ya got real-people names here:

I have received MANY calls from this number and it is a credit card scam. Their pitch is to lower your credit card payments... then press 1 on your phone. You are connected to a live person who gives you a line of bull. I have insisted that they remove me from their call list to no avail. I am on the FCC government sights Do Not Call register so I am going to report them to the FCC. I know for a fact there are Phone Call sights that will make these kind of call for many different companies. From so that Might be legitimate but I doubt that there are worthy of anyones doing business with their appeals, scams, etc. These kind of calls ALL need to be reported to the FCC on their website. Just Search for the folloowing . . . FCC Do Not Call to reach the governments complaint site. Also you should turn in these calls to YOUR State Attorney General who have a toll free number to turn in these kind of scams, etc. These people need to put out of business.

Received a call. Left no message. I tried calling back twice, the first time was no answer, the second busy.
