hung up when I answered - my mother just got a call yesterday from Illinois also, different number, but trying to tell her she won a prize with something online - she doesn't even own a computer

I got a call on my cell phone today from 708-248-7470. Have no idea who this is. When I answered no one was on the other end. Attempted to call the number back right away and got busy signal.

Received phone call from this number today. Didn't recognize the number and do not intend to return call. They hung up as soon as I said "good morning".

Yeah, just got the same phone call today as the person above me states from his OCT post, same MO. I never entered any contest as I am always skeptical that my personal info gets into the hands of some scammer. I am not even wasting my time to call them back, as I am sure this is a hoax.

I have 100s of contacts in my cell phone. I don't pick up calls that I don't recognize. If they are legit they can leave a msg. I also have a ringtone that is nothing but 10 seconds of silence, that I assign to any number that calls me and is a junk call. That way when I get another call from the number I don't even hear a ring.
This fellow (Jim) from the Price Distribution Center left a message about the contest I entered to win a Lincoln Navigator. He says they are looking over my entry and "they have good news" for me. Of course, I never entered any such contest. I was instruced to call back 1-866-313-0311... "and congratulations" he closes with.
Ya, I'll get right on that.
