In the process of dealing with this person too.  I'll see if it turns out similar, but "trust in you bc I'm trusting you with my property" is similar to other scams I'm run into.

This is a scam from a person in Chicago that is advertising a too good to be true room for rent in Denver. The place is not available and they want you to send money to them first! Don't be scammed!
