Question:...did they stop calling you? Hope time will prove that it works.

DO NOT CALL lists do not pertain to collection jerks. They do that for a reason.

Convergent something or other.  Called for someone else.  Tried to call them back to tell them they'd reached a wrong number, but no way to leave messages.

Received a call from this number with a recorded message asking for a person who I think must have had my number before it was assigned to me when I first moved here.  On a search of their phone number, I learned the following:

1. It is one of many belonging to a collection agency or one of their employees.
2. The company's name is Convergent Outsourcing, previously known as ER Solutions.
3. According to the company?s website, consumers wishing to call
   them about an account should call:  (800) 444-8485.

Just call them at that number and tell them you're not who they're looking for, or if you are, you have a right to ask them to stop calling you (it's the law). The woman I spoke with (just their switchboard operator, I think) was super nice. When I explained the situation, she was very apologetic said she'd remove my number from their records and database right away.

They call a few times a day, everyday. Rings once.

I'm on the Do Not Call List which also means STOP CALLING!

This number called me today for the first time and said they needed to speak to __  and that it was very important. Even though I'm not the person they wanted to contact, I stayed on the line until they got to this option on their menu; "if you are not __ press #4", which I did. The automated voice apologized and hung-up. I hope they don't call back!

Stop calling unless u identify itself via voicemail. Like everyonene else I'm at work.

they continueously call me I'm talking like every 10 minutes, they don't leave a message but are racking up my minutes on my phone.  I don't know who you are or what you want but STOP CALLING ME!!!!!

Keep geting these call 3 to 4 tomes a day and when i call back er solution

They called me already twice and always hung up......

Have gotten 8 calls in the past 6 days. How can we get this to stop?

I called back with blocked number and finally got a voice msg saying "ER Solutions".

They have called today & left a message that repeated itself 3x asking for me by my maiden name. I have been married for 8 yrs.

Only called back once was just an automated voice saying it was important they needed to speak to me did this3 times then hung up

Phone calls starts with an automated message from someone named "Kelly" stating that they needed to talk to me and it was very important. If I was who they were calling, I needed to press 1. That switches the call to an on-hold message that repeats its self three times and then hangs up. When called back, the call goes directly to the on-hold message, and then hangs up after the message repeats its self thrice.
