I was told that I signed up for a free cruise.  I have no interest and NEVER signed up for a cruise.  Your employee got s****y and told me that since I didn't press 1 she would call again tomorrow!  SCAM

They called and recording said I signed up for a free cruise.   I pressed 1 to ask for my number to be removed.  Told them I never signed up for a cruise, don't want a cruise... Lady on phone got s****y and said since I had refused to press 2 she would call again tomorrow.

I got a call from this number . I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

Got this robocall call Friday,  says I won something to which I never entered anything for. So this is pretty much a scam, unless proven otherwise? If you get a call from this number, report it to the FTC and/or FCC. Do not give this shady guy any information.

Not correct.  I was specifically told in the message that I had "won one of the top four prizes."

Whose # is this? Any help is appreciated.

Sorry, your comment is not accurate in my case.  I was told to call Steve at extension 126 regarding a car I had registered for.  I have not registered for anything.  Mr. Employee, if everything you are doing is so ethical, then please educate us.  Use this internet to give us the pitch you will make if I call you back.

Your tactics, while probably legal in most cases, are unethical and tremendously bothersome.  We don't need, and I don't want, multiple calls leaving vague messages enticing me to call for a reason completely unrelated to the real purpose of your call.  

If you are dishonest with me MERELY to get me to call back, I call that a SCAM.  I've asked to be put on your no call list and STILL have received calls.  It's not unfair that the internet gives us the chance to look up information about such deceptive calls.  It may be harmful to your business, but it is NOT unfair.

"employee" if you are legit then why doesn't a web site show up when I googled Quality Prizes and Gifts? All I got on the first page was scam warnings. If you are even vaguely legit the clowns you wrok for would have a web site. Heck most halfway convincing scams have the temerity to put together a website....

I recieved a call stating that I have won a major prize and to call back. I did not register for any type of promotion or drawing.

I received such a call, and I can assure you, I have signed up nowhere - for anything.  And even if I had, the caller should be able to ID the entity calling, and certainly what it is that I supposedly registered for and won.  I understand this may be what pays your bills, and we all make our own choices for employment.  But, when I state that I left no such response anywhere, that is not an opinion, but indeed a fact.  Your so-called fellow employee "Melvin" called me from this number, leaving a recorded, unsolicited message, which is against the DNC Registry rules.  That, my fellow citizen, is a far greater shame.

I let the call go to voice mail.  They left a message saying I could have won a major prize and to call Melvin at 866-430-3180 Ext 124.  I don't know if it was a scam, but sure sounds like one.

The bigger issue is my number is on the FCC Do-not-call list and they shouldn't be calling me in the first place.  I will be filing a complaint today.

No one states you wonj anything. You are being told you are getting a gift as a part of a promotion. Its correct. We only contact the individuals who have submitted a response on line or phsically at some event.  Its very unfair that the internet allows people to leave an opinion rather than something factual. No on has made a statement to what we have done unecthical or how we have scammed anyone. All we do is notify those who have entered

Received same call...third or fourth in last year.  Called back and they said it was a promotion for a travel group and all I had to do was show up to get a prize.  Declined and submitted complaint with Do Not Call Registry.

The phone message assures you that they are not telemarketers, that they know you are on the "Do Not Call List" and obviously they wouldn't be calling if they weren't legitimate, they say, and tell you that you have won a prize. They leave the number 866-913-4326 X 124 and I found that SW Florida Online posted a report about this company stating it is a scam.
