Capital Auto Finance

This is capital one auto finance.  If you don't answer the million calls that they call you per day they try to trick you with off the wall phone numbers and locations.  Another one they use is 909-297-5308 that says Beayty Stuart.  Looks like a personal residence is calling so you will answer.  This company is amazing because if you tell them that they call you three or four times an hour they will say that that is a lie because it is against the law to call that many times...So what they say to me is that "hey we break the law" because sometimes they do call that many times a day.  My Mom's car payment is now 3 days late and is scheduled via computer but they don't care they want their money NOW.  I can't wait until the darn thing is paid for.

Capital One Auto Finance - this company uses well over 100 different phone numbers to call you. I have left them specific messages on their secure website indicating when I would send payments. The calls may stop for 5 or 6 days, but then they call using all sorts of different numbers. In one day, I received 8 calls from them in one hours time; minutes aparts using 6 different phone numbers. My suggestion if you do have a Capital One Auto Loan and are essentially current, is do not answer your phone. They rarely leave a maessage unless it is from their number posted on their site. Just absolutely unreal the amount of calls they send out in one day!! BTW, my payment is 3 days late and I already told them via secure message when I would make the payment and they replied to me on their website, so I am not ignoring them, I do communicate my payment with them, yet the calls still come relentlessly.

my payment isnt even late and i get at least 3 calls per day from one of their many phone numbers.. and i have a ringback tone on my phone so the recording must pick it up as voice mail because it only rings once and then hangs up.  eventually they will have an actual person call me..til then.. its just annoying to keep seeing a missed call and no message
