It was an automated voicemail for allegedly 'entering a draw' and winning 2,100 air miles. You can press an option to unsubscribe which I highly doubt. Sounds scamtastic to me.

Yeah, this number called me too. A few days ago. Sure am glad no one answered it. Sounds like that telemarketer was a total creep.Bleck. Thank goodness for 800 notes!

I got a call on March 20th from a guy with a heavy Indian accent saying he was calling from the Department of Security, at Windows because of problems with my computer. (I don't use Windows, so this was a dead giveaway.) When I asked him where he was calling from, he seemed surprised but eventually said Toronto. When I told him what he was doing was an illegal scam and that the RCMP were after him, he became very rude and aggressive, which was actually pretty funny.
