Where are these annoying calls coming from???  What are they getting out of this?

There is no "National DO NOT CALL REGISTRY." Whatever telemarketer sold you that got your a**.. "the list" is just a lead that crosses someones desk with a million other leads.. you say "I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST" they cross it off and it gets printed up a few months later..

I keep getting calls from this number also, It is really funny if they are a collection agency since i have only moved to MN within the last 2 months and have not created any debts as of yet to be in collections... I dont like it that they especially call after 8 pm

They do no research. They have a list of numbers that have somehow been associated with debt collection so they call to harrass whomever has the phone. In my case, I moved to a new house three years ago and got a new phone number. Apparently, whoever had the number before me owed someone money. Instead of trying to find out who/where this person is now, they just call this number. Never leave a message, just let it ring and don't respond if I pick up. Time for laws to be written - or enforced - to stop this type of harrassment of people who have no involvement in the issue.

I keep getting calls from this # even though I have told them several times that the person they are looking for is not at this #. They just called a few mins ago and said "I know what's going on" then hung up on me??? Well, I'm glad someone knows what's going on 'cause I sure as heck don't. I'm a former collector myself and know that I can report them if they cont to call me.

don't know this # and have read it's a collection agency....I DO NOT OWE ANYTHING TO ANYONE OR AM PAST DUE ON ANY PAYMENTS!

Someone from this number calls my cell phone and doesn't leave a message. If I answer, they don't speak, the call just ends. I would like it if we didn't pay for incoming calls on cell phones or could block certain numbers--Verizon won't help with either.

This number keeps calling and will not listen to what I am telling them.  They are asking for someone who is NOT in my home nor do I know the person they ask for.  I am getting several calls a week.  Once I even got a call from someone who called himself Sergeant Blue.  Sergeant Blue and IC Systems show up on my caller ID.  I would like them to STOP callingQQQ

I am keeping tab on this phone number, I they will stop calling me I am sure of that.

The number called me a shot time ago regarding a past due amount. They were advised last week to contact my attorney's office. They said they tried multiple times but have gotten no reply back from my attorney and decided to call me back again. After a few minutes of raging words on my part I obtained the caller's full name along with his supervisor for legal reasons (obviously).

The companyt hat uses this number is IC Systems and they are a collection agency...plain and simple. Ignorant as any out there as they clearly disregard the client's direct statement to not contact further and to refer all calls to the attorney...they clearly are on track for harassment

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell but I haven't answered them because it is an unknown number to me.  Who are they?  Someone mentioned debt collections but I have no outstanding debts.  Annoying as can be especially since my cell number is on the national do not call registry as well.

I just received a call from this number as well.
any idea who it is, and what they want?
