I received calls from 713-100-2364 and nobody speaks when I answer. I am afraid it is spam.

It belongs to a bill collector - American Recovery Service, Inc. ARS uses 713-100-2364 to show up on the Caller ID, but the number doesn't exist. We have been getting phone calls from them for a former employee who no longer works for our company. If you call the number, you get a error message that the "phone call cannot be completed as dialed - please check the number and try again". If they leave a message, they give you another number (805-379-8500) to call.

Call from 713-100-2364 with a message from Congressman Al Green.  This number must be a generic outgoing spammy number since you cannot call it back.

my grandmal got a call from this number today claiming to be with Medicare and needed her bank act info to send out new cards so not knowing better she gave it to him  do not answer this number its a scam

I just got a call from 713-100-2364 that was from Costa Rica and they wanted to do a survey on fast food! I said I didn't have time. Weird....

I get calls from this number almost daily.  When I pick up, I get the computer voice saying, "Hello...this is a message for Lisa...", but they do not say who the caller is.

Just got a call.  They knew my name but wouldnt give me theirs so I hung up

This number called today and told me that I was eligible for a 5,000 dollar grant from the government.  He wanted bank information and I told him I wanted more information.  He would not give me a number to verify the call.  When I called back it was not an active number.

Frequently get calls from a "pharmacy" telling me they can fill my prescriptions. They then ask what drugs I'm taking. I immediately ask them to remove my name from their calling list and they promplty hang up.  I get this same type of call from this number and others. I don't routinely take use any prescription drugs.

I missed this number on my cell phone and tried to call back and it stated that the number was blocked

I DONT KNOW WHAT THE DEAL IS.. BUT THEY ARE CALLING MY BUSINESS CELL, YELLING FOR SOME GUY AND THEN HANGING UP.. I TRIED TO CALL BACK AND IT SAID ..YOU HAVE THE WRONG CODE..SO IT MUST BE SOME KIND OF SCAM BECAUSE YOU CANT CALL THE NUMBER BACK..YOU DONT HAVE PERMISSION TO CALL ME NOW OR EVER AND STARTING IN FEB 09 YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE MY PERMISSION IN WRITING TO CALL. YOU WILL EVER GET IT..PHONE RECORDS ARE A LOVELY THING..CHARGES WILL BE FILED.I LOVE THE HOUSTON COURT ROOM

They have called twice and said that my computer sent them a message and that my computer need work.  It was a very foriegn sounding man who tried to say his name was brad johnson.  I told them not to call back and hung up.

Be carefull about this number. It must be criminal! Do not provide any information!

I answered it  and noone was there...Tried to return the call and the number wouldn't go through.  Weird.

Number came up on phone at work. No message was left.

On my caller id on 6-5-08. It appeared as Name Not Found on the caller id. No message was left.

Have got a collect call from 713-100-2364.  I let my answering machine pick up and when it came time for them to leave a name nobody was there.

recevied call on my cell phone today...no one at the other end. called back just a high pitch noise then silence

been getting daily calls for a week - a foreign-sounding woman says "i'm sorry, i have the wrong #"  weird thing is it shows up as anonymous on my home phone (vonage) but when it's forwarded to my cell phone, the # shows up.

called back... no response.

no one answers at other end. when i called back the number i got an error message.

"Can I speak to the manager" telemarketer spam. Some sort of "small business owner organization". I assume insurance / web design / advertising.
